The hotel was absolutely stunning, and the location was excellent. There was a currency exchange right across the street, which was incredibly convenient. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so it was easy to find places to eat.
The hotel was very close to Getsemaní and Ciudad Amurallada, which were only about a 10-minute Uber ride or less. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from. I went at different times during my stay and there was always seating available.
Another big plus for me was the daily room cleaning. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and found the property to be beautiful, convenient, and well located.
The only thing I didn’t really like was the food at the restaurant. We ordered the steak with potatoes, and although I requested the steak medium, it was served very well done. We also ordered the chicken pasta, which was okay, but both dishes took about 45 minutes to arrive and unfortunately were cold when they were served.
Other than the restaurant experience, the overall stay was very good, and I really enjoyed the property.

Desde a recepção, funcionários, quarto, roupas de cama e de banho super confortáveis. Ambiente do café da manhã. Restaurante com preços compatíveis com a região a recepção do hotel possui diversos jogos, como cartas, xadrez, ludo, entre outros estimulando o raciocínio e integração. Boa academia. Ótimo café da manhã. Variedade de frutas, pães e comidas locais.
Só uma observação, é a demora para vir os elevadores.

La ubicación
la mala atención de las recepcionistas, además muy demoradas y dejan de atender por hablar por celular, cada vez que llego al hotel siempre es la misma situación.
