Please don't mislead the clients

The caretaker Mr. Nagraj and his hospitality, local home food preparation was the only good thing about the stay with Riverrun.

The room offered was not the one advertised . The hygiene of the room was very poor, bare minimum facilities were also lacking. Have shared the pictures with the management. The room booked was, deluxe double room, but was offered a small single room with double bed with no space and all. The approach road is so poor that I was afraid of losing the car tyres. Wish something could be done about it. Atleast share the correct details with the prospective clients. The pictures of the rooms are few years old. Present condition of the offered room was deplorable.

Caretaker Naganna and his family support is very help full and cooperative,only one difficult is their road.

property is fine but the location road is very bad and difficult to drive the location.

Great Stay!

Everything about the location and stay was very nice. The view from the hall window itself will drive you out of the room and explore more. The caretakers for the property are very friendly and would provide good homily food if you opt/request for it of course it is extra as it is not included in the room price, but it is worth every penny.

Only thing is there are no restaurants or shopping centers nearby. So, you can either request for a homily meal or get food from the centrum itself when you are returning.

Room was clean and neat.the care taker was to funny and he was good and gentle. we ordered chicken gravy it was too good.we are really enjoyed it. Room situated in best scenario. Really nice.

Pls put sign board for route in main road to resort.

very good location, very bad property and overly priced. look for something better

location is good. but, the approach road is in very poor shape. no sign boards at all.

very poorly managed. dirty, even the cigarette ashes were all over the bed and floor. very old interiors. don’t go by photos, pretty old and disappointing. the doors were not getting closed. even bathroom doors were broken, bathroom was smelly. the carpet was ancient and was wet. bad smell due to wet carpet was all around. charged INR 15000 for one night for 5 rooms which was way above the rate the property deserves. food was just okay, overly priced. only one staff to take care of property and he does the cooking and cleaning too. very bad

Outstanding & Unforgettable Experience....

A home away from home! Pleasant and safe homely stay, with excellent staff who are like part of the family. They take one step more to ensure that every guest are satisfied with their stay. The caretakers make amazing homely food and we enjoyed the stay The valley view onto Palani is awesome and no other place in kodaikanal can be compared to this. If you enjoy nature and a bit of thrills with chills this is the perfect place for you, mostly covered by mist and you can manage to capture a glimse of a bison if you are lucky....

The road to the location is pathetic. Needs to be fixed!!
