Really clean room, in a good quiet area yet centre of Venice.

We really loved the contact and information with the host as well as the bedroom layout and the window to the canals
We didn't like that the bathroom was not connected directly to the room and we needed to go through the lobby whenever we wanted to have a shower.

Breakfast not included; however the host provided a recommendation to a local caffe - which was good.
The accommodation included a private bathroom, however we did not realise at the time of booking that it was adjacent to the room and not located as a en-suite. This meant leaving our room and possibly disturbing other guests early/late in the day.
This may not apply to the other rooms available.
