Location is excellent and property feels newly renovated and classy. Staff very friendly
No iron available apparently against regulations. There is a laundry service but that can get expensive. Bed was a bit hard and room small.

We were met by Alberto, who gave us the warmest welcome and provided fantastic service throughout our stay. He went above and beyond, and his attention to detail was really impressive.
The room was beautifully decorated and very stylish, but what really stood out for us was the family set-up. Having an adjoining room with two single beds was absolutely perfect and made such a difference, as it can be surprisingly difficult to find a lovely hotel that can comfortably accommodate a whole family.
The hotel is in easy walking distance of everything and near a valporetto stop, and a gorgeous piazza with lovely restaurants.
We also really enjoyed the breakfasts and felt very well looked after throughout our stay. A beautiful hotel, made even better by Alberto and his exceptional service.

I liked that our room was cheap
The behaviour of the manager was arrogant. And the room we booked was like so small..
