Our host Giorgio was very helpful with local knowledge and suggestions. The location is perfect and the unit had everything we needed including washing machine and drying racks. Lovely and clean with cooking facilities. The room was quiet and cooled with air conditioner well. Very close to Vaporetto of Grand Canal

After staying at this B&B, I can honestly say that our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Giorgio is an incredibly pleasant, thoughtful, and welcoming host who is always willing to help with even the smallest things. He also gave us many excellent recommendations for places to eat, all of which turned out to be great. We especially appreciated his invitation to visit his flat, which was a very kind gesture.
As for the accommodation itself, it consists of a spacious room with a private bathroom. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are large, clean, and very comfortable. There is also a small kitchenette that is thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you might need.
I initially had some doubts about the self-service breakfast, but it turned out to be extremely convenient. Since the food is available throughout the day rather than only at breakfast time, we could enjoy snacks whenever we wanted. The selection of food and drinks was also very generous.
Overall, this was the perfect place to stay, thanks to the hospitality of Giorgio and Chiara. We truly hope to return to Venice and when we do, we would love to stay here again.

We loved the Place and can only recommend it for a visit. The Location is Perfect, very close (5 min) to a waterbus stop on line 1 or Alilaguna (directly from the Airport), 15 min walking distance to Rialto Bridge or Piazza S. Marco, Lots of Restaurants and Bars very close but still quiet during the Night.
The Place is spotless clean, Lots of Storage Space, modern bathroom.
We Liked the small Kitchenette that had Everything needed for breakfast or a quick lunch.
The Host is very Kind and provided Lots of Information. He even bought lactose free milk, cheese and yoghurt which I highly appreciated!
