Super cool property smack middle in Venice, very cozy and definitely more than worth it for the price. The host was also fantastic and helped us out whenever we needed it. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

La ubicación perfecta, el sitio amplio, bonito, cómodo y súper limpio.
Además como detalle Samuel nos dejó una botella de champán de bienvenida, siempre nos dejaba agua, hay te, café e infusiones

La struttura è in una buona posizione anche se non è stato semplice trovarla causa anche l’assenza di indicazione sul portone di ingresso.
Non è agevolissimo da raggiungerla, a causa delle due rampe di scale, mia madre ha avuto difficoltà a salire, alla fine la stanza è situata ad un secondo piano.
La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare, sulle pareti vi erano i resti di tante zanzare uccise, e nelle camere non avevi la percezione della pulizia, non si respirava freschezza.
Lo scaldabagno deve essere in comune con l’altra stanza, per due giorni ho fatto la doccia fredda, il primo giorno solo io il seconda anche mia madre (fortunato mio padre che l’ha fatta calda entrambi i giorni, almeno così dice).
Con il proprietario ci sono stati problemi di comunicazione, non parla bene l’italiano, tantomeno ha provato a comunicare in inglese.
