Property was clean , easy to find in safe area . Was exactly how was described . We were able to check in earlier . Thank you Laura for making this possible ! We enjoy our stay and we’re happy with everything. Good communication with Laura , very helpful in guiding us how to reach the property .
Maybe extra cutlery: we miss some teaspoon but we managed.

The location. The apartment is in a very good location. Walk to everywhere. Clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and happy that it is on the first floor as there is no lift. Staff member met us and allowed early check in and showed us around.
There is a bad smell in the bathroom.
And the pillows are very very flat.

The room was exceptionally clean, a nice shower and cold Aircon which was needed for the weather. The host was responsive on WhatsApp
The pillows were too soft and felt like I was laying my head on nothing, which lead to poor sleep.
There was no safe in the room and there was some confusion with checkout as it was not clear where we needed to leave the key
