We really enjoyed our stay at The Orchard at Oliver. The location was very calm, peaceful, and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. The property also had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing experience.
Overall, the cleanliness of the property was good. However, a few amenities could use a more thorough deep cleaning. For example, the inside of the microwave was quite dirty, so we were unable to use it during our stay. Also, the water in the bathtub did not drain properly, which was a little inconvenient. Addressing these few issues would make the overall stay even better.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Newly renovated rooms was a plus. They had a nice patio area with separate restrooms and showers. A big room with a vending machine foosball, pool table, and game tables with boardgames and cards to play.

It was good value, easy access, nice kitchenette to allow for breakfast etc. Bed was pretty comfortable.
The shower wasn't cleaned properly, and the shower door doesn't really close. Caulking needs replacement.
Nice to have furniture on the patio, but needs replacing.
Air conditioner in the room would be absolutely necessary in summer, but it was also super loud.
