It was in a central location and made it easy to get to where I needed to go. The room was clean and well air-conditioned, especially during the summer heat in the Okanagan.
I can't think of anything the facility can do to improve.

Location , all facilities were available in the room as promised .
The aroma in the room could have been better , towels also were smelling a bit off. AC wasn’t cooling after a while l

Staff friendly but I had to wait for him to come to the property as I arrived after 6 pm at 6:30 pm.
The bed was very 'tired' and needed replacing. I was woken by a very yappy constant barking dog in a room above or adjacent to mine. Very frustrating.
