Quiet, on the beach, with large pool and grounds.
Funky smells from time to time coming from adjacent property. Obstructed view(trees)of ocean even though our room was second from the end(closest to beach).

The pool was very nice , it was very clean.
Very dark at night poor lighting, Food was ok not great., beach access was closed at night.
