Great location, long stay parking nearby, good size and facilities….but check out the access process before booking if y

Access process would be a nightmare for those without a smartphone and little tech knowledge!

Great location, comfortable beds and lots of space.

Lots of space, comfortable rooms, lots of crockery, great location. Washing machine and terrace to dry washing on.

Was a little complicated to gain entry but was easy to do once you had got the hang of it. Apartment lobby is a little tatty but not a big draw back.

The apartment was great, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cutlery ect, lots of space we really enjoyed our stay.

The security system. We felt that the use of an apt to open and close the doors was frustrating and unsafe to exit in the event of an emergency. If our phone was not charged we were locked in. Not a great feeling. The only key was for the entry into the foyer and it did not work, nor did the apt when outside

good value but room for improvement

good value, space and location

a lot of amenities are provided half heartedly - coffee machines without pods, cooking equipment but no oil/salt/pepper etc, washing machine but no washing liquid. none of which we should buy for a holiday stay but not provided. communication was also late, we were standing outside the door for so long and could not get in.

Absolutely beautiful place. Would be nice to be met out front of the apt vs downloading an app

Lovely place. Great decor, high quality everything. Comfy beds and linens. Nice kitchen set up. Great location.

The staff really didn't want to talk to you or deal with you if at all possible. They require you to download an app to access the apartment. They require you to give a credit card offline for a security deposit. They much prefer to never meet you.

Exceptional

Large apartment with 03 king rooms (we didn't know that when we booked it). It is an excellent apartment fully equipped and very charming.

The digital access procedure to the property. It is nice, but for firt timers it can generate some frustration. And we got worried to run of mobile battery to entry the property.

Very good

Nice, clean apartment with enough space and two bathrooms and situated perfectly in the old part of town. All good!

The app solution for the doors. The app to open the doors worked, but it did not help as another door was locked with a separate key. Please, no apps, just a plain, good old-fashion key will do!
