Large flat with all necessities provided.
Height of summer but still ok to get parked provided you can drive well as on steep hill. It was clean, quiet and served us well for 5 nights.
There is a fan provided but black out curtains would be better and save electric fan running all night to try keep cool enough to sleep. Floor in kitchen has a break in it & dips when you step on it which was a bit scary when carrying hot coffee and thinking your foot was going to go through floor. Mattress is a firm so a bit hard for our liking but ok. Occasionally a musty smell and has been mould in areas which has been repainted or cleaned but not bad and cleaned so ok

great location in a quiet housing area. no pubs in the immediate vaccinity. mainly family and student accommodation.
15min walk to town, 20 to the barbican, 25 to the station.
i'm used to a king sized bed so i found the bed a bit small!

Location, space, personal touches, kitchen facilities, wifi and Netflix
Bed in single room is creaky and very uncomfortable. Carpet needs replacing on stairs/landing. Soft spots on the floor in kitchen. Rear yard/stair sensor light not working. Had to clean mould from shower tiles. Water pressure in shower is poor.

Spacious, good location with a short walk to the town, parking on street but plenty available, shower nice and hot. Quite location.
Had to call host as outside door was locked from the inside by downstairs resident and therefore we were locked out. . Pots and pans have seen better days, towels very thin and small. Only one loo roll left for a three night stay. Fridge wasn't on even though we were expected. Lamp not working in lounge.
