About this house rental
This spacious 3 bedroom/3Bath villa is is located on South Forest Beach, the heart of Hilton Head Island. It's the ideal spot for families, couples or a getaway for friends. Our villa will sleep 6 comfortably. Located on the upper level, is our master suite, with a large flat screen tv, queen bed and private bath, including a walk- in shower. On that same level, one guest bedroom includes a flat screen tv, a twin over full bunk bed, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.
The Living Room/Dining/Kitchen level, features comfortable seating , a flat screen tv, and amazing oceanfront views.. The updated kitchen is well stocked for our guests who love to entertain while vacationing. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. Slip out onto your balcony for morning coffee, or enjoy a sunset on the swing and extra seating, overlooking Hilton Head's award winning beaches.. For your convenience, the laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.
The lower level includes a guest room with queen size bed and a sitting area, including a flat screen tv. This bedroom has access to a full size bath, including a walk-in shower .Sliding glass doors lead to your private patio area, with table and chairs, and a charcoal grill. There is plenty of room for the kids to play in the grassy area outside the villa. From there, you will find the pathway to the beach.
Hilton Head Beach Villas is a private community. There is tandem parking provided for 2 vehicles in your private carport, directly outside your villa Our community is gated with a private code. The grounds feature two pools (adult and children's), and a large sun deck with chaise lounge chairs. The pool is not heated and is open, seasonally.
Just beyond the garden courtyard area is private access to the world famous Hilton Head Island beaches. The walk to the beach is a short stroll from the villa with no roads to cross!
Hilton Head Beach Villas is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. There you will find specialty shops, restaurants/bars, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, theater, and a hardware store. Explore our endless bike paths, and experience some of the wildlife and unspoiled nature that Hilton Head Island has to offer. When you book, ask us about bike rental discounts that we have secured for our guests. Maximum 2 car parking. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.

Had a great week. Traveling with wife, daughter and twin one year old grandsons. I loved this unit. Porch overlooked the ocean with a porch swing. The area downstairs was an easy contained area for the babies. Pool and beach are as close as you will usually get. Coligny is a moderate walk. Shops, restaurants and a grocery are there. Christian was very easy to access, and was responsive. I’d rent this again for a family vacation.

Really cute condo at the beach! I will write this review as a mom pulling a wagon and kids. You are literally the closest villa to the beach board walk. The board walk HAS NO STAIRS! It’s completely flat and has a sand mat right up until the beach. You can see the orange shabumi on the beach from the condo in one of the photos I added. We also really enjoyed the wildlife and watching the deer and rabbits from the top porch. We had no problems renting bikes that were delivered to property. We had plenty of space to store chairs each day and fishing equipment in the carport or on the back patio. Hose with foot sprayer right next to back door to wash off. Condo was clean and well stocked. We did have an outlet trip on day 2 of our weeklong trip that we were unable to resolve. This left us without any working kitchen outlets for the remainder of the stay. Blinds need to be updated, some didn’t work or were hard to work. Love that we were able to park vehicles right in front of the unit. Pool was beautiful and clean. (Walk in area for littles or tanning.) The condo decor was really nice and updated. Christian, our POC, was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!
