About this house rental
Located approximately 400 metres walking distance to the safe and sandy ‘Second Beach’ in the North Beach Township, a spot where the whole family can safely swim and play.
This modern 2 storey home offers three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, or 10 if you opt to use the sofa bed.
The upper level features a spacious open plan living and dining area, complete with a family dining setup for 8 people and you’ll also find a well-appointed kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher.
The master bedroom on this level is furnished with a luxurious super king size bed. Sliding doors open onto a balcony complete with a barbecue plus seating area, perfect for enjoying alfresco dining.
The lower level provides the perfect space for the kids with a lounge room with large screen television and a handy kitchenette.
Bedroom two offers a king size bed while bedroom three features 2 sets of single bunk beds.
There’s also a double sofa bed for accommodating extra guests. A separate laundry includes a washing machine for your convenience.
Additional dining and entertaining options are provided by a lower level fully enclosed (weatherproof blinds) rear verandah with barbecue and outdoor television!
This holiday haven features tiled floors throughout and year-round comfort is provided with ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling.

Morning - It was very relaxing and had everything that you could need. The only issue we had was with the lock in the toilet downstairs. The was an issue with trying to open it from the inside as the handle would not always work, and a couple of time people got stuck in there for a while until it released. But apart from that, it was great.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it and have booked again for 2026. However inside was dirty with dust and cobwebs and the linen was stained and needs replacing.

We had an amazing time here. The kids loved the space in the front and backyards to play cricket, ride scooters and kick the footy.
Great clean and spacious holiday home in a quiet neighbourhood.
