Top locatie 1.5 kilometer van centrum. Makkelijk te lopen. Grote ruime kamer met een heerlijke tuin. Joop is een voortreffelijke vriendelijke gastheer en kan ook lekker koken.

The room was spacious, it had its own mini kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee machine) and bathroom. The location is also great, near the Radboud university and a supermarket. It's really helpful that you can rent a bike there from the owner.

Authentieke kamer, anders dan een nuchtere hotelkamer met ernaast douche en toilet. Voldoende privacy. Geschikt voor jongeren en ouderen , die jong willen blijven. Alles ademt muziek: het ronde (trommel)tafelthe, de bonte plakaatwand en Joop zelf, de bezitter van de woning, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is prima met het centrum en winkels op loopafstand. Gezellige buurt met cafés en restaurants. En als extra: geen parkeerprobleem, vrij parkeren voor de deur. Dus top!

The room is as described. It's a decent neighbourhood. Nice street. Quiet as well. Bathroom was modern. Talking with the host went fine.
The towels look cleanish but are old and probably washed a lot of times. The other amenities (coffee machine, microwave, etc.) didn't look maintained in a way that I wanted to use them. This 'B&B' is just a room in the owners house. The bathroom is only 'private' because the owner doesn't use it when you're there and you have to exit your room to go there. It's just slightly uncomfortable.
