The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was exceptional value for money.
The beds were hard like concrete slabs. Great if this is your preference but it was too hard for me, personally.

The room had everything one needs. Value for money is great, and the place is very clean as everything in Japan, safe and convenient very very close to a good train station and network for transport.
Room a bit on the smaller size.

Free WiFi was available. The hotel staff were courteous, and the services were excellent. The facility and rooms were clean too. Few steps away from the train station.

Stained floor/sheet, dirty walls
The hardest bed ever — asked for 4 blankets to retrofit under the sheet to make it passable. Not good before a flight.
