The apartment is very comfortable. The host provided everything we need and more. There are plenty of essentials in the kitchen, pots and pans, cups, glasses and plates, and also spices and sauces in the kitchen and pantry. We also like it that there are coffee machines, toaster and blender. That's perfect for the college students in our party. The bathrooms are also fully stocked. The host also have even provided beach towels, sun screen, coolers and noodles, perfect for a beach day.
Not so much about the apartment. We had no internet connection outside of the apartment (we use T Mobile), which created some communication issues when some of us are inside the house and some are outside. I also thought that we were close enough to the beach to walk there, but we were not. Still it was just a 1/2 mile drive up to the beach.
