The room we had was spacious and spotless!! It was so clean and well presented and offered a real haven from the hot and busy streets of Florence. The room had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

The hosts were very quick to answer any questions and requests. I needed to drop off my luggage before official check in time as my bag is too big to bring into museums and they were very accommodating. The room itself was super spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
When I first arrived the WiFi was down but the owners fixed it within the day. Shower door and head were a little wonky but worked just fine.

The location. Only 5 minute walk to the centre. The amenities are similar to a 4-5 star hotel room. Coffee machine, Fridge, microwave oven, 2 gas stoves. Fluffy towels. Nice linen. Clean.
This is an "all squeezed in" apartment. Really small, hidden in an old building. Need 4 keys to enter. Refurbished to stand as a luxurious flat. It's on the 2nd floor with no elevator, barely any sunlight, packed with really unnecessary furniture almost claustrophobic. The sofa bed is really uncomfortable. Better for just a couple.
