Nestled in Crescent Beach, this attractive condo for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This delightful 1st Floor Patio Suite has a King Bed in the bedroom. The impressions of the seaside are found throughout this patio suite. With laminate flooring throughout, the living room has a great ocean view, a queen sleeper sofa and a 32" flat screen wall mounted TV. Nautical style light and simple ceiling fan, add accommodating touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, all the standard appliances, a medium sized refrigerator and adds the option to bake in the 4 burner stove with oven. The bathroom has a tiled look, newer tub and updated vanity. This king pillow top mattress has been a popular request. A 32" Flat Screen TV and laminate flooring in the bedroom this makes for a comfortable stay. This condo is only 3 units away from the pool and beach access, so easy to enjoy the property amenities but not so close that you see all the activity in these areas. PLEASE, NO PETS ALLOWED

I also love house keeping, they did a wonderful job and they were very pleasant and helpful.Pool was well kept clean and well maintained . This is such a wonderful location to stay and enjoy the beautiful white sand beach. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and just the perfect location. My sister and I like to take our 3 boys (4, 5 & 15) to the beach at least one weekend every summer, to build memories. We have always loved Beachers and have been coming there for over 30 years. Everything about our stay was easy, unit wasn't ready when we got there early but they gave us the parking passes to stay and play while we waited.

The condo is built like a studio except the bedroom is separate. Stayed on the lower level. It looks just like the pictures. There is a staff on the premises much like a hotel. Small toiletries, washcloths, towels, coffee, dish soap, pots, pans, etc. are included. We had a problem one day where our door didn’t work with our keycard, the staff took care of it immediately. Staff is very pleasant and professional. We were steps from the beach and the pool area. The pool was close, but you couldn’t hear noise from it. If you want to grill you have to go to a specific area. I think there were a couple of grills. There are ice machines and coke machines. I guess what disappointed me was there was nothing in the condo left by the owner or previous guests such as spices and non perishable items, no blender, mixer, only basic kitchen items, no beach items (chairs, boogie board, etc). I had just returned from the U.S. Virgin Islands a month prior and those items are much appreciated by guests who cannot just bring those things on a plane. However, the ice cream shop across the street is great, Safe Harbor restaurant is great and both are walkable from the complex. You are close to grocery, souvenir shop, Dollar General, and not far from St. Augustine and many other beaches. It was a very nicely decorated and clean place.

Easy to find, great location, clean. Loved the amenities, pool, on the beach, secure. Kitchen had what we needed. AC's worked hard and did not turn off or did not work. King bed great but sleeper sofa not comfortable at all as a sleeping option, needs updating.

The unit itself was clean with plenty of towels and dishes supplied. It does show its age, and if you’re weather-bound inside the furniture is old and uncomfortable and the TV is well below modern standards. The view and location are lovely. Beach access is a breeze and the beach is excellent for sunbathing and swimming. If your vehicle is a 4x4 there is a vehicle access ramp immediately next door which is a fun experience. I recommend staying here if you spend the majority of your time out of the property; but, don’t expect anything fancy and bring your own entertainment.

Our room 111 was clean and very equipped with kitchen supplies and towels.The staff was spot on prompt with addressing our TV cable question and providing a broom to do our daily sweeping. The view was gorgeous with sunrise and sunsets galore. Surrounding areas were always maintained clean and prompt garbage pickups.

We stayed one night so the family could enjoy the beach before going to Orlando. We arrived a few hours before check in and they let us use the pool and beach while waiting. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Perfect view of the ocean. Beach was just steps away. Highly recommended!

It was a good stay. We enjoyed the area and the beach. We didn't enjoy getting luggage and such up the ramp. If younger and wife didn't need a hip replacement. It probably wouldn't have been such a struggle. The unit was clean but could use some sprucing up.

Cute little place with an awesome view. Perfect size for me and my daughter. You'll need to have a car but downtown and shopping aren't too far. The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are maintained well. Everything was clean and the bedding was comfortable. There isn't anything that I would add to this room except a few rugs. I don't like getting into bed with sand on my feet. Other than that, there was everything we needed. Our family visited for a day at the beach and agreed this place is great. We had a fun trip and would definitely stay here again.

The studio was very small as listed, it had a small odor which I believed was from the bathroom plumbing. When we initially tried to enter the room it was blocked by a shopping car full of garbage believed to be left by housekeeping. Surface level everything looked clean. After unpacking groceries and settling in and noticed a few insects along the trim of the sliding door to the outside patio portion. I thought nothing of this, as a Florida native I’ve seen many insects and creepy crawlers. Let’s get straight to the issue, once we turned in for the evening (8p) we were awoken from our sleep in a frantic, I felt very itchy and turned on the lights and to my surprise the bed was full of bedbugs! (Pillow/top trim of mattress) My partner had several bites (back/neck and one on face) this was a very unpleasant surprise! (940p) I ran to the phone to call the office (they leave at 10p) as I explained the situation, The office receptionist was not surprised!!! She assured me they were not bed begs, then recanted and said they had only experienced this problem one time prior however not in the same room. She made sure to let me know she would be leaving soon, she advised she would phone us back to see if another room was available. Please be mindful it is a holiday weekend and we booked this stay over 5 months prior. We she phoned us regarding a different room she stated “my matenice man checked it out and said it’s ok” please be mindful there was no guarantee this room was bed bug free. Ultimately, we requested a refund (returned 1 week after) and was left to find somewhere else to stay during the busiest time of year. I will be finding a way to report this facility, it was a major scam! I would give zero stars if I could.

The stove top was hard to cook on it was going in and out , the oven worked well . The drains in the sink and shower were very very slow and filled up in no time , the sliding door was very hard to open the pull out bed was bad on back and the fan in the bathroom room was making a noise and smelling like burning hair . I have stayed there in that room 3 times now and this time was the worst . House keeping was up and down I had to go find my person for towels and trash bags and toilet paper ever day cause no one would come or let you know or leave it while you was gone you had to work around them and that was rough being on vacation . The pool closing at 6:40 to 7:50 was bull sometimes people want to be in the pool of an evening and not with everyone else I could understand if it was 10 or 11 closing if but that was ******. The internet was good the codes to the gate and doors was good the privacy was good the grill section had no place to dump the ashes so that was an issues as well

Only thing I can say and I know this is Florida so this is expected but we left some donuts out on the table and there's some very tiny little ants that got in and got on it So I would say put your food in the fridge.

This property is cutely decorated. It is a little small but is perfect for 2 adults and a small child. Easy access to the beach and large pool. AC in main living area did not work so unit got hot. Bedroom AC worked fortunately. Pool and beach are nice. You need beach chairs to enjoy the beach. It would be great if the condo had some to use or rent. Fun location. Lots to do in the area.

Great view even on the lower floor. Comfy for 2 people. The living room ac unit was not blowing cold air - needs attention - but we would stay again. The back slide door needs replaced - hard to open and won’t lock.
