Some staff, finish was poor quality, rooms had potential to be amazing but were far from amazing. Such a shame. No pool bar or pool restaurant as advertised, pool toilets were absolutely vile. Never towels at the pool, had to waste time walking back to reception to get.

Manque de personnel, très peu attentif à la clientèle.

Breakfast buffet was good, bed and pillow were super comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the resort overall was in a good location and easily accessible to the beach which was great. Rom was very cool and comfortable and the private pool was fantastic. Late check out is great.
The shower did not drain properly and we could hear water dripping for an hour and a half. Construction happening right next door was very loud (we understand that it out of the resort’s control). We requested pick up from the airport but the driver was not there and we ended up having to take a grab (drive to the airport after checkout was arranged so that’s ok)

Hotel is in good overall condition and breakfast is good
They advertise a pool with a bar, which is part of why we booked the hotel but the bar is closed down. It's frustrating as the hotel advertises this in their pictures. If you at any of the pools you cannot order any drinks or food. If you do want something you have to walk into the main hotel and go to the restaurant, this is uncomfortable as you are swimming by the pool and keep having to dry off and go inside. It's not practical. Ontop of that we always waited around 45min for 2 cocktails everytime we ordered. Once again not comfortable and practical. You can't have pools and the beach so far from the main hotel without any way to service your guests. Beach area is terrible. Cleaning service the staff are very friendly but our room was never cleaned properly and some days not cleaned at all with no fresh towels. Lack of English from the staff also a major problem. Location is not good, hotel isnt to far away from city centre but it's isolated where their is nothing around it. Room service food was inconsistent, burnt my pizza to a point where it was impossible to eat. The gym is absolutely shocking, equipment is terrible. 2 treadmills and they both old and broken. They should not be advertising that they have gym facilities. The spa is a bit over priced but we wanted to enjoy it but both my wife and I had terrible massages. We asked if we could get a later checkout as our flight was at 6, we were charged 50% of the room rate. In the end the hotel stay does not align with what the hotel advertise it offers. It's not practical and enjoyable for the guests.

Die gebuchte Villa war sehr großzügig geschnitten und mehr als außreichend für 4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder (2, 4 und 16 Jahre). Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Im Erdgeschoss der Villa war die Klimaanlage sehr verschmutzt und erzeugte einen unangenehmen Geruch, dies wurde aber nach Anmerken sofort in Ordnung gebracht.
Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen vom Zentrum. Generell ist diese Gegend von viel Leerstand geprägt. Wäre ich nicht mit der Familie meiner Frau gereist, die Vietnamesisch sprechen, wäre die Kommunikation mit den Hotelangestellten wohl sehr schwierig geworden, da nur wenige Mitarbeiter Englisch sprechen. Das Hotel selbst bietet für Familien wenig. Es gibt wenige Liegen am Pool und Strand, viele sind beschädigt. Auch die Bars am Pool sind verweist und es ist schwierig wenn die Kinder auf einmal hungrig oder durstig sind. Wir mussten in diesem Fall bei benachbarten Hotels versorgen oder nutzen die App Grab.

El personal es muy atento y está pendiente de tí en todo momento: te ayudan con las maletas, te avisan para desayunar, se encargan de gestionar el transporte al aeropuerto, alquiler de motos...
Las instalaciones son muy buenas, con piscina, sala de masaje, muy cerquita de la playa, las habitaciones limpias y amplias.
El desayuno bastante bueno y con gran variedad de platos.
La playa privada cercana estaba algo sucia.
El resort está ubicado lejos de todo y no hay tiendas ni bares cerca, tienes que acercarte en moto o coche a Cua Lap.

The property is dated with poor maintenance. We got a Villa with Molding in the ceiling. Staff showed us 2 more villas but they are not good to leave in. We had to move to penthouse with dead cockroaches everywhere.

The staff was amazing. They were very professional and caring. They went above and beyond to genuinely take care of us. The room was quite spacious with a balcony. The environment was very safe and the lights added a romantic feel. The bathroom was the hugest bathroom we ever had. It was almost like your own private spa room. Two sinks, a separate room for the toilet, separate room for the shower and separate room for the bath as well. Your even get your own private pool
There were a lot of ants in our room, but I deal with ants at home so it's not too big of a deal. Just don't leave any snacks or food laying around or else you'll find swarms of ants having a feast. Location is quite far from the city center so your fees to ride the taxi will be higher. This is nitpicky, but the bathtub hot and cold indicator is reversed. So you would have to turn to cold to get hot water and turn to hot to get cold water

The room is good itself
The resort is still under construction, which explains for the limit of many services, like spa and restaurants. Breakfast has very poor choices, and I am extremely disappointed with the receptionist.
I booked a one-bedroom villa, and the receptionist “upgraded” us to a room, which is half-sized of the villa we booked at first excusing that she had upgraded us to the bigger bed option. After a long phone call, she kept assuring that the two rooms were same size until we requested to go with our original booking, without her “upgrade”, and we were right about the size of our room. And as a guest, I have no responsibility to figure out the deal between the resort and the third booking party, they posted the price and information, and I booked based on what I read. When things got weird upon our arrival, the receptionist, again, explained that “you know nothing, that price was actually for just a hotel room but we granted you a pleaser stay” then tried to negotiate that if we go with a smaller room, she would grant us a pool access, which is totally opposite to words of another staff saying that we have free access to any pool.
Also, the front desk staffs seemed unprofessional since they didn’t know about the local bus schedule. We called a night before our planned trip to ask about catching a shuttle bus, and they gave us a vague answer without any alert. The next morning we were so ready to head to the bus station, and they were like “the last bus had left, you can only go with taxi”, but we still decided to try our luck and made it onto the bus easily.

i stayed there for 5 days, the first 4 nites, there was no hot water in the bathroom. there were ants in the room. the last nite, i moved to different room with hot water but the drainage had issue. - The villa has private pool which is clean and cool!
- The breakfast buffet is bad. Food is not filled up when running out. The space is narrow and hot, it's a really unpleasant place to enjoy the meal.
- The room cleaning service is not good. When I first enter my room, it smells unpleasantly and the toilet is not clean either.
- It takes long time to get myself check-in. I arrived at 3PM but my room is not ready although it should be ready at 2PM as promise. I only got my room at 5PM.

Everything was perfect. The staffs were awesome and the property is literally beachfront. Our flight got delayed so we asked if we could check out at a later time and they happily agreed. I highly recommend this place. It is absolutely lovely!!

The room is new and well-equipped. Best place to see the sunset in comparision with other resorts in the area. Food is tasty. Swimming pool is nice.
Staffs who are friendly and flexible is more than our expectation
Although it has been built, the facilities outside are in low maintenance. We felt what was a pity. If they are not improving the maintenance, their resort will be downgraded soon. Besides, the pool bar is designed with a bad location. When we saw it from the higher restaurant, we could see all of the bar equipments. Unfortunately, it was really a mess. The staff should clean, arrange it and put it into some boxs or shelves /cabinets.

The staffs, they were very kind, accommodating, helpful and very attentive to your needs. They helped us book taxi if we want to go somewhere, they helped us find a motorbike to rent. Highly appreciated the hospitality.
