About this house rental
Situated in Saint Helena Island, this lovely house for $1,675 per night is a great choice for your next break. The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property. Absolutely stunning custom designed island home! This home will be your own private resort at the beach with a year-round pool, stone water slide, cave, hot tub, and fabulous patio with a fire table and outdoor kitchen in a secluded setting. The grounds and pool-scape are picture perfect! The home is luxurious and yet superbly comfortable and casual. This private oasis is unique to the island ... Six bedrooms, six full baths, saltwater swimming pool with waterfall, cave and slide. Bath entrance from pool for convenience. Bathrooms are supplied with amenities including hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wolf six-burner gas range, Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer with four additional refrigerator drawers, two Bosch dishwashers, and oversized pantry. One bedroom has two Full beds, four bedrooms with king beds, and one bunk room (3 bunk beds) sleeping six. Bathrooms have heated floors. Laundry room has two washer/dryer unites plus a utility sink. The owners have also installed exterior cameras. A golf cart may be rented. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use a golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream! Fripp Island club cards may be purchased. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-PET PROPERY. PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. This property does not include a golf cart but one may be rented for a cost of $350-400 / week. Beaufortcarts.com allows you to rent them online. You can also call Island Excursions at 848-838-1518. They are located in the Marina on Fripp Island. You do need an amenity card to reserve from Island Excursions. Pets - not allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay. You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

The property. pool, and amentities were amazing.

Overall the house was great. The pool and hot tub were not clean when we got there and that was disappointing. The pool company came the next day to clean, but it was a little disconcerting at this price point. The oven is a Wolf, but it never worked properly. It took 3hours to cook a large pan of lasagna. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 5 couples we had to celebrate September birthdays. Fripp Island is beautiful.

We came with a large group for a girl’s weekend and it was the perfect location! The house opens up to the gorgeous backyard and we spent 80% of our time in the hot tub and by the pool - this is a very spacious home with plenty of room while still feeling cozy. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a cozy home with a gorgeous and fun pool situation!

This awesome home is located in its very own, private paradise! The home was lovely throughout: the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the dining area was perfect and the pool and outdoor entertaining area are amazing. Our family group of 12 members ranged in age from 6 to 77 and we all loved 518 Remora. The beaches, nature trails and shopping/dining areas were all a short golf card ride away, but the truth is we spent most of our days enjoying the pool, slide and hot tub.
The local property manager was prompt in responding to 2 small issues we had during our stay; He was also very friendly and informative.
We used our golf carts everyday so I would say they are a must for most groups. We purchased the amenity cards for all of the adults in our party ($50 each) but we only used them once and that was for dinner at the clubhouse one night. The other restaurant we planned to try was closed during our stay & not taking reservations. There are plenty of good seafood places just off the island & in nearby Beaufort and shopping on Fripp is very limited, so I would suggest the amenity cards are not a must UNLESS your group includes golfers and/or tennis players. Just assess your needs & research the amenity cards carefully before purchasing.
One final suggestion: Be sure to head for the beach for some gorgeous sunsets during your stay. You'll love Fripp Island!

We had a large group of "Framily" friends who stayed in this "Guest Cottage" over New Years. We have all been to Fripp numerous times and this was the coolest space we have stayed. The hot tub and even the pool were a major hit. The kitchen is amazing and everyone had a bed. Great space and we would def stay again.
