Nestled in Tarpon Springs, this attractive campground/ rv resort for $139 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobile home is located in a quiet, cozy community. This location is perfect for the laid back crowd. The Tarpon Springs Retreat is within walking distance to The Famous Sponge Docks, shopping centers, restaurants and other fun excursions. You can also enjoy a walk or run on the Pinellas Trail that is located just steps from the home. This home is located only a few blocks from downtown Tarpon Springs and The Famous Sponge Docks, in a quiet community. There are many activities within walking distance, like shopping centers, restaurants and charter fishing. There are plenty of prestigious golf courses conveniently located, including the Innisbrook Golf Course, where the Valspar is played. This house is located only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 minutes from other Tampa Bay attractions. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, therefor we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach. We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation. TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation. Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.

The place only had 3 wash clothes towels were small. Only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Furniture couch’s chairs beds very uncomfortable. Owner came by with no warning on our 2nd day there my 88 year old mom was by herself with the dog he knocked unlocked the door and was shocked my mom was there said he was bringing glasses that his daughter told him the place didn’t have any that should have been done before our arrival.The place is supposed to be pet friendly but with shells all around the property it’s hard for a pet to go to the bath room. I dropped some change in the master bedroom some rolled under the bed I should’ve taken a picture it had not been cleaned in years dust at least 3 inches thick and a lot of different items under there. This could be a great place but needs improvements and the master bathroom needs a restructure the shower sink and toilet are all in the same area the drain is in the middle of the floor. For what I paid it could have been better. They want you to put the trash by the road strip the beds and put all towels and wash clothes in one bathroom floor.
