There were several things in the house that need fixing: the glider on the patio, the beer fridge was frozen up, the air conditioner in the dining room wouldn’t turn on. Otherwise, we loved the location and the house. It would be nice if more supplies were included for the price. ie: paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper.

It was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped! We had a great time, and the place is really perfect for a large group. Our only complaint is the Wi-Fi was pretty much nonexistent.

This is the 2nd year in a row that my "FRIEND'S GROUP" and our adult children have all stayed in this house and once again it was an AMAZING vacation. Labor Day week is a wonderful week to visit Gulf Shores too. Hope to see ya'll next year.....

We had a wonderful family vacation made up of 12 adults and children. The beautifully decorated house is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The numerous porches allow for many bedrooms with a view of the ocean. Just as nice is the setting and great beach access. Finally, the property managers were prompt and responsive and can be reached 24/7.

This house was actually MORE than it appeared in pictures. It’s huge and beautiful plus in a gorgeous setting, the beach was so private and perfect. Everything was great and easy. Thank you Boerboels!

The house was perfect for a large family gathering. Access to the beach was good and I love the lack of crowds around you when at the beach. Good outdoor space for enjoying the beach without getting in the sand. Elevator was top-notch!

We had some problems but property manager was quick to send out people to fix. Most important items such as one of the AC units not working were fixed right away. Some items like the blinds not working in the master, kitchen dining table light not working, 2nd floor deck lights not working, and AC in dining porch not working were not fixed. The unit advertised sleeping 18 but there were only space for 17. I think they counted a full size lower bunk that in fact was a single. the house is a great family place with great access to the beach.

House is so awesome we didn't even know there was a 5 month old and four teenagers there with us when we didn't want to be around them any more! This is a very classy property, the master suite is a massive and the other suites are huge. Love the huge spiral staircase running through the core of the house and that the elevator is full size and allowed for guests. Kitchen was perfect, beach access was magical with the little walk over the dune path opening up to the secluded beach. Caught two huge rays and a dozen little catfish!
