Nestled in West Beach, this lovely house for $840 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Big Easy is a Gulf front 6 bedroom 4.5 bath Beach house that sleeps up to 18. Life is better in the Big Easy! Big Easy is one is a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach house that sits direclty on the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Located just 2.8 miles from The Hangout, Big Easy offers the perfect mix of seclusion while still being close to eveything Gulf Shores has to offer. Once you arrive to the parking area underneath Big Easy, you are met by an outdoor shower area and the charcoal grill which gets you in the mood for the beach! At the top of the first flight of stairs, you are greeted by the open kitchen/living room/dining area. Here upgraded appliances including a stand alone ice machine flow into ample seating with multiple TVs. All of those make Big Easy great for your entertaining needs. Add to the beach ambience, the south wall is covered in floor to ceiling windows where a door off of the living room leads to the oversized balcony area giving you plenty of access to views of the Gulf from the inside or out! When you're ready to retire, the large bedrooms on this floor are on the north side of the house, each having a King bed and their own private bathroom for extra comfort. Ascending the stairs to the second floor of Big Easy, you find 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that are sure to supply comfort to all who stay in them. Bedroom 3 is facing the Gulf & has a King bed in it; it shares the bathroom with bedroom 4, which has a Queen bed. Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 6, which has 2 sets of Full over Full Bunks making it perfect for children of all ages. Once you are here, you will see...life IS better at the beach in the Big Easy beach house! Bedding: Master Bedroom - King w/ private Bathroom (First Floor) Bedroom 2 - King w/ private Bathroom (First Floor) Bedroom 3 - King w/ Bathroom access (Second Floor) Bedroom 4 - Queen w/ Bathroom access (Second Floor) Bedroom 5 - Queen w/ Bathroom access (Second Floor) Bedroom 6 - 2 Full over Full Bunks w/ Bathroom access (Second Floor) Total Sleeping Capacity of 18 Amenities: *Gulf Front *Large Balcony *WiFi/Internet *Cable/Satellite *Washer/Dryer *Ample Parking *Charcoal Grill *Onsite Check In/Keyless Door Locks * All guests will have to sign a reservation agreement upon making a reservation with us to complete the booking and receive check-in instructions. ***This property is equipped with a security system and exterior security cameras. The security system is not operational during the rental period and the cameras should not be relied upon by guests for personal safety or security and/or the security of belongings. These cameras are to monitor entry and exit doors of the property and do not in any way compromise the privacy of guests within the home and/or pool. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any tampering or damage caused to the security system or cameras by guest(s) may result in additional charges.*** Restrictions: *** Reservations must be a minimum of seven nights during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events, such as spring break and fall break.*** *** No Pets *** *** No Smoking *** *** Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property *** EVENT POLICY: ***If a property is used for an event, an event fee of $1,500 for additional usage and wear and tear will be added to the normal rental rate. Guest is responsible for informing Prickett Properties, LLC of any events that will be taking place during their stay. The following conditions apply: - Any gathering over the occupancy limits of the property must receive prior approval from the Owner. - No more than 50 persons may be on the property for the event and no more than the normal occupancy limit may be in the property at all other times. - The event must take place outside the home. - If you contract an outside company to facilitate your event, they must be bonded and insured. - There must be a plan for adequate sewage and sewage removal on site. (portable chemical toilets). - A plan for extra trash/garbage removal from site. - A plan for parking and shuttle service, if needed. - A plan in the event of inclement weather. ***If it is discovered that a wedding or other similar event is or has occurred while under this lease agreement, and on which no event fee was paid, the tenant shall be required to pay such fee and pay an additional penalty of $250.00 for such infraction.

We came for spring break with 3 families, a total of 10 of us. The house is right on the beach with a private boardwalk to the gorgeous white sand and emerald green water! Huge commercial sized ice machine down below the house and then an additional built in ice maker in the kitchen. We never had to buy ice! Couple of small things we emailed the property manager about and a super nice guy came and fixed it all while we were there. Superior service! The location to The Hangout and The Track made going out super convenient too. We would absolutely recommend Big Easy and would stay again!

Our family of 12, our grown children and young grandchildren, enjoyed our stay at “Big Easy.” The home was as advertised regarding rooms and space and was very accommodating for our group. The back view of the gulf from the large deck area was wonderful. The short walk directly from the house to the beach made beach trips so easy. Two ice machines, all the included kitchen items, and the over sized charcoal grill made food prep at the home a snap. The only issues we had were directly related to lack of repair and replace . We called upon arrival to report that the main seating area lights did not work as well as lights and tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms . We also informed them that the water filter and ice machine filter in the kitchen both indicated a need to be replaced. The electric range glass top was cracked in several places with sharp edges exposed on the surface. The first floor master bath towel rod would fall to the floor if you brushed by it and it was apparent from the drywall work that the entire towel rod had previously been removed from the wall. We took pictures of the damages upon arrival. I was also told after reporting the electrical issues that someone would be out, but that someone never made it out during our week. Did these issues prevent us from enjoying our stay? Not really. But please understand what you are paying for which is the view and the ease of accessing the beach and enjoying the ocean. The “Big Easy” needs work done that could all be quickly remedied if the effort was put into fixing the issues. Would we stay here again…most likely, but it would be great to see more attention to details and repairs.

This Home is exactly as shown on the listing. It's Beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It's location on the beach is just steps away. My husband and I brought all of our grown children and grand children. We had a blast staying here. There were a couple minor things that I had to call about and they sent someone to fix those things right away. The kitchen is fully stocked and having 2 large icemakers was a plus. We would definitely stay here again! Also, we love the name as we are originally from the New Orleans area!

We had a great week on the beach. Lots of dolphins early in the morning and evenings. The condo was great. Plenty of space for our groups, which was pretty big.

I've stayed everywhere from Fort Morgan to Orange Beach - houses, condos, high rises, beach and bay sides.... It's a yearly trip for us and this place gets the highest marks for any trip we've had in decades. The house is right on the beach with a walkway over the dunes, makes it easy to get your gear out. Inside it's really nice and laid out well. Big kitchen, bar that seats 6, plenty of equipment to cook (pots, pans electric griddle, etc...). Grill outside on the lower level is heavy duty. Two king size bedrooms on main floor, 4 bedrooms upstairs. Tile floors thru most of living areas, carpet in bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean when we got there. Commercial ice makers galore in this place, so you'll never need to get bags at the grocery. TVs and wifi worked fine. The photos don't do the back deck justice - it's bigger and nicer than expected. Deck in good shape, no worry about being out barefoot. Only thing I'd change is adding some drapes in the main den/living area, the sound there echoes pretty well off the tile floor and up the raised ceiling. That said, all in all we loved it. We are looking for dates to go back this summer.

Hurricane Sally sucked.
Hurricane Sally ruined a lot of our plans. The company worked with us to refunded us for the days that we missed because of the hurricane. We had a plumbing problem the first day and they quickly addressed it. It was a short stay but we loved the house and was well worth it.
