About this condo rental
Nestled in Oceanside, this charming condo for $597 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy an amazing vacation on the beach. This lovely 3 bedroom apartment, has 2 patios with ocean views, cable TV, lots of beach toys and chairs, and everything you need. The complex is on the beach, has 2 heated pools, a hot tub, and gym. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the ocean. Eat breakfast on the huge terrace overlooking the pool and beach. Spend the morning on the sand and maybe enjoy a bit of surfing. Explore the dozens of local restaurants for lunch. Take a stroll around the lush gardens filled with streams and ponds (complete with fish). Swim in one of the two huge pools, or relax in the oversized hot tubs. Head to Disneyland, Legoland, SeaWorld, or the San Diego Zoo. Rent a bike and stroll through the beach town. Don't forget to pick up some ice-cream on your way back. For dinner enjoy the nightlife and restaurants in the area, or head to Los Angeles or San Diego for some big city fun. Oceanside has it all. The apartment itself sleeps 10 (but we only allow a maximum of 8 total guests) and is nicely decorated with plush leather couches, flat-screen TV, cable, wifi, dining room table, large table in the terrace, full set of kitchen utensils, dishes, and pots, small washing machine (large washing machine & dryer for pay in building), and a huge assortment of beach toys. We are available 24/7 to help answer any questions and to provide help. We won't be on premise, but we know the area very well. We visited Oceanside in 2011 and fell in love with the complex, the area, and the beach. We started coming down almost every month and renting. Our kids loved it so much and we enjoyed the quality family time so much that we decided to buy a place and come down even more frequently. Our favorite part is the beach. Its truly amazing. In the morning the tide comes up right to the beach, but in the afternoon it goes down about 100 yards. The sand becomes firm and the kids love to run around exploring and digging up treasures. We have never seen a beach like it and can easily spend the entire week just sitting under our umbrellas watching the kids enjoy themselves like no where else.

Beautiful place. The condo was roomy we had 6 in our group. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful views. Easy access to the beach and great location. The staff was so welcoming and everyone we encountered were friendly. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location of the property is ideal! We traveled with a group of 8 (2 were our 76 year old mothers) to visit our sons. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fact that we could cook instead of eating out every night. We were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. The washer and dryer we a huge bonus to us also as we had our 15 month old granddaughter visit as well as traveling with special needs children. There is always laundry when you combine that many people. The security of the property was exceptional!

This was a great unit for our family at North Coast Village. We love staying at North Coast Village in Oceanside, and this unit was perfect with the bunk beds allowing each of our kids to have a separate bed. The pool and the grounds are wonderful as well as having the beach right there.

We love North Coast Village! The location of this condo was great- we had a view of the ocean and beautiful gardens, and it was a short walk down to the beach. The three bedrooms were spacious enough for all our group. The weather was great and we enjoyed our trip. Definitely would recommend!

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to the beach! For a large party of 9 it was perfect for our needs. Quick beach access, fast check in and east parking. We found the condo very clean and there are plenty of chairs nand an umbrella for your use. We loved jumping into the pool or hot tub in the evenings and enjoyed the other amenities on the property. The owner was quick to respond to any question before arrival and very easy to work with.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great, right on the beach, and the grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids.
The apartment had lots of space for our 5 adult & 2 kids group. It's an older apartment but is well maintained and equipped with great stuff for days on the beach. There's 1 assigned parking spot, we had 2 cars so second car has to use guest parking and be moved every 24 hours, the property is strict on this so be aware.

We are a group of senior gals with gaming computers! But we don't game, we work on creating photo books for our families! This place was great for our 3-day workshop. We brought an extra table and enjoyed hanging out together. The wifi was excellent, and all 7 of us were on it the whole time! The village grounds are spectacular and the adjacent beach is beautiful, too! We ate in for breakfast and lunch, and there were plenty of choices for dinner out in the evening. The beds were comfy, too!

Our family of 6 LOVED this place!!! It had plenty of room, the pool was heated and the hottub was roomy. It was steps from the beach and the rental provided beach chairs and sand toys which was a big plus. We were glad to have access to the game room during this rainy week too. We could walk to many restaurants and to get ice cream! Great location, clean and safe. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Condo was as described. Our purpose was to go to Legoland. Took us about 15 minutes each way. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. However, the can opener should probably be replaced as it didn’t work well at all. Beds were very comfortable and in very good shape. The beach was close but it was a little cold for beach activities so we didn’t utilize the beach toys that were available at the condo. Same with the pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. We did struggle finding the parking where to check in at. Drove by it a couple of times, just don’t give up - a small parking area is there for check-in.

Three generations of family met here for a long weekend and first time experience at the beach and the ocean for 3 little boys under 5. We had so much fun on the beach, chasing waves and digging in the sand. The walking access to beaches, pools, restaurants, and playgrounds made for a relaxing stay. Everyone was very helpful answering questions, providing everything we needed. This uninterrupted time with family was treasured.

Super location, lots of space . 2 balconies to enjoy the Sun snd the sunsets. Bonus was the chairs to take to the beach. For families, lots of beach toys too! Beds were very comfortable. Inefficient in most aspects. Check in process was inefficient and annoying, Difficult parking for visitors. I will spare you the details but it took us over an hour just to get access to a few ping ping paddle to make use of the amenities.I am used to efficiency and this place needs an upgrade in those regards. We have stayed at this property before and it is a great location and complex. The layout of this unit is perfect for a family. The one room had 2 bunkbeds with additional pullouts underneath for up to 6 kids, with lots of room for their stuff. The other room downstairs had a queen bed. The upstairs was very nice with an additional deck, bigger than the one downstairs, with a king bed and its own bathroom. Overall the layout and unit was very good and suited what we were looking for perfectly. (2 kids, 2 parents, 1 grandparent). The unit was very clean but just a little dated. This was fine for us as we didn't feel like we were walking on egg shells. There were beach towels, a nice beach bag to carry them and beach toys, chairs and boogieboards. The only 2 complaints I would have is 1) the curtains in the upstairs bedroom were very thin and too small for the window they were trying to cover which made them basically non-existent 2) there was no laundry detergent in the unit to do a load of laundry. But overall this unit was great and we would rent it again.

The location is great . The condo was very very run down and disgustingly dirty ( I have photos ) holes in the wall carpet was disgusting, mold on shower heads . Shower handles coming out of the wall . The furniture was cheap and dirty . I was so disappointed . We left 2 days early . After showing the condition with photos , they said they would refund 250$ ( which is nothing ) but I still have not received anything ! I would never treat guests this way if I had a property. For what I paid , they make a lot of money monthly,. Highly disappointed. I stay in many properties, this is my only review .

The space was open and inviting. I especially loved the low stress vibe from the owners that really made you feel like you could relax and enjoy their beautiful vacation home. You get the feel that they want you to enjoy your stay. Property grounds were incredibly beautiful. Great proximity to lifeguarded beach, pool, hot tub and other fun amenities. My family loved it! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful, safe getaway for the whole family
We stay in this area every year for annual girls trip. I honestly think we have now found our forever home for this trip. This unit had everything we could have asked for and more. The room with the bunkbeds was perfect for the 4 teenagers we had. There isn't air conditioning, but you just have to open the windows and turn on the fans and you will be cool as can be! Highly recommend.

While the location itself was perfect for our 4 day mini vacation. The property management company that runs this property was not the greatest to deal with and not forthcoming with the listing or condition of this property. The first email that I received had the wrong check in info. I asked for early check-in which I was told I COULD have for an extra fee that they would notify the HOA office that I was coming early. Then was notified no it wasn’t available for early check in. I was told that I couldn’t check in until 4 o’clock even though the listing listed 3 o’clock. I sent them a copy the listing and said that they needed to honor what was listed and what I paid for.
The directions as far as How to and Where to check in were horrible.
My biggest issue was not being notified that there was issues with the elevator was scheduled and non functional in our building our entire stay. We were never notified or contacted that there was maintenance construction or any other variables going on during our stay. Had I been aware I would not have stayed on the third-floor apartment (four flights of stairs including the stairs to get to the elevator that was being serviced) My mother has back problems. We also were traveling with my 4 month old grandchild.
I am glad that I wasn’t traveling with my stepmother that uses a walker! It would have been impossible for her. These details are very important when you’re listing a property you don’t know what the others health conditions may or may not be.
The inside of the unit was in need of a paint job and some patching of the walls. I think it’s important for people to know especially when staying in California at this unit has NO air-conditioning and a lot of stairs!
The listing insinuates that the unit has a view of the ocean. While you can see a little piece of the ocean it is in the distance on the balcony it’s more of a side view similar to standing side stage during a concert.
We definitely were paying to be in such close proximity to the beach was very nice. The grounds of the complex itself were very beautiful. Some of the other nice touches were the linens were nice and they did provide beach towels
I am very disappointed that we were not notified about the elevator it was definitely not a good start or finish to our family vacation carrying all of our luggage, groceries, flats of water bottles, baby swings, car seats, and strollers up four flights of stairs.
