Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Free Water provided. Decent location 2 minute walk from the train station and around a 15 minute walk to the coliseum. Host was lovely - was able to leave my bags before and after the stay and he took them into my room when I checked in early. Air conditioning was excellent. Many nice restaurants nearby and in a good area with lots of security in the building.
Bathroom roof was slightly dirty but not very noticeable

I absolutely loved the location as it was excellent proximity to attractions and restaurants. The bed and size of room was amazing. I appreciated the complimentary waters in the mini fridge and the AirConditioning was powerful and perfect.
My only issue is the water leaking in the bathroom on the floor. This was quickly resolved and I was advised to just use the handheld shower head instead of the overhead waterfall shower.

Fabulous room in great location very close to the central station. It was beautifully done out, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent.
Check-in was great - we arrived early and were able to leave our suitcases with the host, who put them in our room for us, no extra charge.
We could hear a bit of noise from other guests, as the walls were a bit thin, but this didn't stop us getting a great night's sleep.

The location was the only thing good, even though it was loud because of the location; it's on a busy street.
Unfortunately, we were not lucky on our stay at Eden because the shower pipes got clogged and water was all over the place (bathroom and bedroom). Toiletries available were only shower gel and shampoo, so I don't really get why the word "luxury" is on the name. Walls were not clean (see pictures attached).
