Superb room, great shower , clean comfortable , excellent host , great communication . Good location heart of historical area but quiet . Has a lift which was superb as so hot to climb many stairs . Good balcony and double set of window/doors opening gave a lovely breeze. Nice rooftop garden to chill with hammock too

Location excellent, roof terrace beautiful and a lovely place to relax in the evening, lovely breakfast, rooms a good size. Addition of the new lift is very helpful for moving suitcases around!
A fridge in the room would be helpful for keeping cold drinks, very creaky bed in one of the rooms and air con took quite a while to cool the room down

The location was great but very hard to find it upon arrival
It was hot. Very limited ac, and it kept shutting off at night. Lucky the temperature dropped half way through our stay and we kept the windows open. If your spoiled with your AC expectations like us, this might not be the best place for you. We also asked the room service to help us book a cab to the air port to catch our 6 am flight. The taxi service they gave us was HORRIBLE. At 330 AM the cancelled our taxi and left us stranded l. Luckily a drunk local helped us and called a reliable taxi service for us. I’m so disappointed they picked such a crappy taxi service for us.
