Easy communication, very clean, smells amazing, spacious room, and a comfortable bed.
There was nothing I didn’t like, but there are a few small things that could add even more value. For example, having a kettle available, not necessarily in every room, but perhaps a shared one in the hallway that guests could use whenever needed.

Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Capo - Markt und dem Teatro Massimo entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Conad - Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man benötigt. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist ok, allerdings waren wenig Gäste da, so dass es bei Vollbelegung zu Engpässen bzw. Wartezeiten kommen könnte, Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war anfänglich schwierig, die Schlüsselübergabe aber problemlos und ausgesprochen freundlich.
Einen Zuschlag für den check in nach 18 Uhr halte ich für nicht angemessen, sofern man weit vor Mitternacht anreist. Da war der Signore aber entgegenkommend. Die Straße, an der die Unterkunft liegt ist laut, auch nachts. Das macht mir nichts aus, anderen vielleicht schon.

There was no breakfast provided. Location was great, 5 minute walk from the city centre. Plenty of amenities within a 5-minute radius. We would stay again because of the location, the friendly local people, and the amenities.
There was no bathroom facility within the room; however it was a toilet and shower down the hallway, which was unexpected as the room booking was described as "Deluxe room with private bathroom" but meant that anyone else staying could use the "private bathroom" as long as they used the lock....We also had a toilet seat that was broken. I would also say the owners should provide a small fridge in the room, along with a kettle, so you can have cold drinks and have tea/coffee.
