Der Bungalow liegt in einer Anlage mit grundsätzlich ruhigen (und netten) Nachbarn. Am Wochenende war es ein bisschen lauter, aber gegen Mitternacht war immer Ruhe.
Die Ausstattung war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung. Spülmittel und Seife im Bad war vorhanden.
Der Garten und die Terrasse waren schön groß. Es waren an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter. Die zwei Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren ein großer Pluspunkt.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Sergio war unkompliziert und promt. Durch einen Zufall haben wir den Eigentümer des Bungalows kennengelernt... Dieser war auch sehr nett.
Eine Flasche und ein Kanister Wasser waren bei Ankunft vorhanden
Vor der Anlage bekommt man immer einen Parkplatz und hat dort auch Müllcontainer für Glas, Plastik und Pappe. In der Anlage am Ausgang sind die Restmülltonnen.
Es waren wirklich nur die unten genannten Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt nicht ganz perfekt gemacht haben. Grundsätzlich war der Bungalow dem Preis angemessen und wir würden bestimmt wieder dort Urlaub machen.
Die Matratzen im oberen Schlafzimmer sind wegen der Dicke eher für Kinder geeignet. Wir müssen getrennt schlafen weil Mann Nachts laut ist. Nach drei Wochen hab ich mich auf mein eigenes Bett gefreut. Vielleicht sollten die Matratzen mal durch dickere ersetzt werden.
In der Küche haben ein Paar Töpfe nicht auf der Induktion funktioniert. Es waren aber noch genug andere da.
Die Griffe an Schubladen, Töpfe/Pfannen, Haustür sollten mal fest gezogen werden.
Eine Anleitung für Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen und Waschmaschine wären hilfreich gewesen.
Kein deutsches TV... wir hatten aber unseren Amazon TV Stick dabei.
Es war kein Salz, Pfeffer ect. oder Waschmittel/Wäscheklammern da.

I knew where the bungalow was and that's why I chose the location. Met by Barbara at the complex gates. Communicated via Whatsapp. A very peaceful complex. Mostly either residential or holiday homes with a few rentals. Plenty of parking outside the complex and a bus stop outside also. The bungalow was lovely. All kitchen utensils, large fridge / freezer. A nice rain shower. A nice patio area with a dining table and chairs and an area to the side with garden sofas and table in the shade. We only used the downstairs bedroom. Like most of these bungalows they have been converted to make a sleeping area upstairs. Personally we used upstairs to store our suitcases and clothes. The garden area is very private. The boundary walls of the garden have a footpath on the other side which is rarely used. The bungalow sits at the end of a small path off the main complex paths. This makes it more personal and private. A very peaceful location to relax and enjoy the Gran Canaria weather. Sunbeds in the garden but would be better if they had padding as they are quite hard to lay on being plastic. Washing machine located outside in storage area. I only noticed that the greenery has been removed from the garden walls as the listing photo shows when I was asked to write a review and upload photos. I don't think the shower in the Listing is the same as what we had. Despite all these small negatives below we would love to come back here.
Pillows need replaced. Two small soft sofa pillows inside the pillow cover. Complex pool was cold. Although a smart tv we couldn't find any english channels. Door locks and front door require attention. No communication on checkout day. Had to leave for our flight so left the keys inside the bungalow and pulled the doors closed behind us. Possibly that's how it is but it would be nice to know. Showers don't last long. Two people max as is the usual for bungalows of this type. I'm not a fan of sloping roofs in bedrooms so I personally wouldn't use upstairs as a bedroom as I like to be able to stand upright when moving around a room. Suitable for children though. The bbq still had old ash in the coal tray and the grills were dirty so we did not use it.
