Extremely friendly staff, really made our stay a fantastic experience. The structure itself is a manor built in 1650 so the atmosphere was wonderful and unique. It really felt having gone back in time. The rooms were very clean and had everything you would expect to find in a good starred hotel. And on top of that a private passage going down to a cellar and straight into the wine bar nearby, what's not to love about it?
Being such an antique structure it was expected to be a bit lacking in terms of technologic marvels, however there were a few things that definitely could have been improved, namely the access road covered with holes (I felt pain for my car every time we went through), and a very, very thin wall separating our toilet room from the next room's toilet. Being able to hear the other guests doing their private business (and probably them hearing ours) was not very fun..

It was an unique experience. With story of Dante Alighieri, old furniture, orginal dor keys. But very comfortable. Brekfast was good. Staff friendly. It was also very special for kids, who could see many animals and explore the property.

The property is gorgeous inside and out. The check in process was very easy, Danny met us and showed us around the property before bringing us to our room. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we even got to have a dinner in the wine cellar that was absolutely spectacular. Danny was helpful with every single thing we asked, I would stay at the property again just for his professionalism and hospitality! If you have the chance to stay at the property DO IT! You won’t regret it!

Friendly staff
Poorly kept exterior, seating outside very uncomfortable. Bedroom was ok, but bathroom facilities very poor. Smelt of smoke in the common spaces
