La atención del personal, habitaciones grandes, todo muy limpio, comida excelente, el SPA es muy completo, bonito y la atención del personal nos dejan muy a gusto para aprovechar todas las amenidades. No dejen de comer en el restaurante Gourmet para completar la experiencia.

This is, by far, the best and most service-oriented hotel we have ever stayed at. It is impossible to describe how beautifully designed this place is. Combined with the fact that it is less than an hour from Venice, it is simply perfect, nothing less. The level of service and attention to detail is unmatched: from a golf cart waiting at the parking lot to carry our luggage, to every thoughtful touch in the room. Breakfast was absolute perfection, literally everything you could dream of. Every single request was met promptly, no matter the hour. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They booked paragliding for us, rented electric bikes, and even mapped out a custom itinerary. Every moment here was pure bliss, delivered with genuine warmth, ease, and hospitality. They even kept the spa and pool open late just because we arrived after hours. The facilities are a dream. The spa, pool, scented showers, jacuzzi, and sauna are top tier. The room was charming and fully equipped, while the garden felt like a magical escape with its lush grapevines, trees, and stunning design. In short, we will definitely be back!
