The staff was very helpful and respectful. The rooms were clean and all facilities are spotless
The building is zero sound proof, u can hear the people above u move, everyone walking the hallways and every flush the shower around u. It was terrible. I know they built this couple years ago but so badly done that u can literally see a gap between the door n hallway

3 different staff members told me 3 different things in regards to use of the pool & our room. Our room had no remote we were told by Henna people steal nothing they could do. Our heat/ac was broke Henna told us she could look but no maint on site to fix. When booking I spoke with a staff member who said if pool is at capacity you come to front desk and sign up for an hour use. Upon arrival Henna agreed. However the morning staff said there is no time slot if full nothing she could do. Therefore the 20 people that are in there can stay for hours if they choose with others not getting a turn. When booking I requested adjoining rooms. Upon arrival Henna told us they dont have those on this property. Of course we get to our rooms and they are adjoining with a shared door. Not a big deal but ridiculous to have staff work here & all give different information. Disappointing when you expect at some point to utilize a pool and be told after you arrive that you just wait and there is no system in place.
