Stylish, modern clean facilities and spaces. The location is perfect and we loved the rooftop pool. The staff was very welcoming and helpful!
I wish the bedding had 4 star quality. It was standard hotel bedding with a poor quality, thin comforter between two flat sheets.

The whole hotel was very nice and clean. All staff we talked too were very nice and helpful. Especially the valet staff; We had to keep going in and out of the parking and they were very nice and helpful.

We have stayed at Hotel Cerro many times, and we are always impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the comfort of the beds. It is a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of the fun of downtown SLO.

Staff on front desk and valet were very friendly, location was excellent
We specifically booked this hotel as a road trip stop over to enjoy the hotel pool facilities. It advertised and rooftop pool and bar. On arrival a note in reception stated the pool was closed until 6pm for a private function. This was very disappointing and could have been communicated to guests before arrival. We arrived at the pool at 6pm to enjoy the remains few hours and there was no rooftop bar at all.
Bedding was below standard for this price point, not unbearable but not of high quality
Bathroom layout is odd and wastes a lot of space, water goes everywhere.
