Everything, the location was brilliant 14mins from Falmouth and 25 mins from perranporth. The cottage was private but in a beautiful small holding. When we arrived the cleaner was just leaving and was super friendly and helpful. The owners have 3 charming dogs that were super friendly and kept the kids amused as well as a basketball ball hoop and yard they could play in
Inside the cottage everything was lovely and clean and well equipped with iron + board , games and books as well as TV and WiFi up stairs . The owners had left us fresh homemade cream teas on arrival with a new fresh milk in the fridge. The owners were super nice and kind and gave us a tour of the farm including a very friendly goat and pigs.
We had a lovely time and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The hosts were so friendly, including all the animals which Mark was kind enough to take us around and introduce us to.
The cottage was adorable, felt private even though it's a shared site. Lovely and cool inside and great that the bedroom is downstairs.
Modern kitchen area and a smart tv for streaming. Lots of games and books provided and a cream tea on arrival!
The only very very minor critisism I have would be the mattress. We found it a tad hard for us.

The perfect location for our 2 night stay as we had our daughter’s graduation at Falmouth University. Great location for local amenities and places to visit. The cottage itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the excellent service from our hosts and the gorgeous animals we met on site. The outside space was incredible with seating by the pond and lovely surroundings. The highlight was the very welcoming dogs, Robert, Blue and Red who were adorable. We would certainly recommend and hope to go back for another visit.
It would have been good if there where blinds in the living room were the sofa bed was, luckily my daughter brought a sleep mask with her. Possibly the addition of a fan as it was quite warm when we stayed.
