About this house rental
Nestled in Oak Island, this lovely house for $275 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Nauti Dreamz! We are excited to share our 4-bedroom 2-bath 2nd row beach house with you, your family and friends! We have been vacationing at OKI for years and we want to share some simple comforts with everyone who stays here. It’s just a 1 minute walk to the beach and the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Oak Island! Three of the beach-themed bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and ceiling fans. The last bedroom is the perfect kids’ room with a pirate ship bed with trundle and a set of bunk beds. As a special bonus, bed linens and bath towels are provided. There are Roku TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms. YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and over the air channel’s (live TV) are included. One of the two full bathrooms features a shower/tub combo and the other has a shower. There is also a large hot and cold outdoor shower. You can pack light by using the full washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals with family and friends, as well as a Keurig machine to get your day started. Enjoy meals, puzzles and games on the two large porches with ocean views. The 40th street inlet park, splash pad and Middleton park are just a short walk away. We have everything you will need to just relax and enjoy your vacation, including a gas grill. With just a short walk or bike ride, you can be at Middleton Park, the splash pad, Publix, Dollar General, Pepperoni Grill, Kai-Joes Tacos, Pauls, OKI Scoop Shop & Donuts, and OKI Deli & Pub and so much more. We stayed at Nauti Dreams for the Pledge the Pink 30 mile walk and I must say the location could not have been more perfect. It was one block from Middleton Park and mere steps from the ocean! The house had enough space for 5 adult women and all of their overpacking. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture and beds were comfy. Truly a wonderful weekend and we fell in love with Oak Island!

We enjoyed this home so much during our annual Labor Day get away to Oak Island! So many amenities and seconds from the beach. Will definitely be renting again!

Location is everything- such an easy walk to the beach which means a lot with 4 and 6 year olds. Kids loved the children’s room and the outside shower was very helpful. Wonderfully responsive hosts when a few hiccups occurred (out of their control).

We love the area. The owner was very responsive. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The outdoor space and parking was plentiful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The updated washer and dryer was a high quality perk. The beach access was close. The accommodations were very much worth the price.

This is the perfect place for a family vacation! The house has close access to the beach and is located close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants as well. The house is clean as a whistle and the kitchen is stocked nicely. Ashley was a pleasure to work with and easy to reach. We would definitely return here for a repeat visit!

This was the perfect house for our family and pet. It is in a great location with the beach and park/tennis courts only a short walk away. The outdoor area downstairs has string lights and the deck is perfect to lay out, sit and relax and eat meals. The beds were also very comfortable. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Our family would definitely stay here again!

My husband and our two daughters, their partners and the grandkids all stayed at this wonderful beach house. We had perfect amount of space and everything we needed to enjoy our time. My daughter got married while we were there so we will forever remember this perfect vacation.

My Husband and I stayed here with our little dog and we were very comfortable. The TV's were Roku so we had plenty of TV to watch in our downtime. The nicest thing for us was that it was so close to Publix and a few restaurants. Getting to the beach was super easy. We were only there a few days so we didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well supplied. Every VBRO is so different in what they supply which is very frustrating because some have nothing and others have everything such as TP, Shampoo and soap. We did have to buy toilet paper :( Ashley was very responsive to our needs.

The house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable for the 5 adults that were staying. The location is convenient to the beach and other amenities (groceries, souvenirs, restaurants)

We stayed 2 weeks and didn't want to leave! Great access to everything, house had everything you would want, tons of beach stuff downstairs. Ashley was great and responsive, will definitely look to book again next year!!

Great Location and house
Our family really enjoyed this house. Close to the beach. Communication was great. My only complaint was we did have to clean some of the dishes and silverware and a couple areas of the bathroom right after we checked in. But all in all it was a real nice property and vacation.

Amazing!!
We absolutely loved Nauti Dreamz and our host Ashley. The house was just as pictured - clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, and well stocked! There are a couple bikes to use, a basketball hoop, outside shower and beach stuff. Could not say enough great things about our stay and this house! Hope to come again!

Plenty of room and amenities
This house may look small, but we slept 4 adults and 5 teenagers comfortably. There were plenty of beach supplies such as a canopy, wagon, bikes, chairs and things we didn’t need such as baby gear. The washer/dryer made this trip easy without having to overpack. We had plenty of outdoor seating as well. This is definitely top on our list for next year! The property manager was great to work with!

Golden Girls
This is the perfect home for a girl's weekend! We loved everything, especially the open deck in the front of the house! We had the best time and the host has this home very well stocked with kitchen supplies and the hooks everywhere for towels! The large lot with ample parking and location is outstanding! This host has thought of every little detail! I've rented numerous beach houses on Oak Island, as I grew up in Southport and love to come home to visit. This host beats out more luxurious rentals! We will be renting this house every year!

Great family trip to the beach
We had a great time here. The location is wonderful, getting to the beach was a quick five minute walk - easy peasy. We loved the outdoor shower and the giant deck upstairs. There were four adults and two kids and it felt a little small - I would not have wanted to be in the house with any more people. Also, just note that it is on a very busy, 45 mph road, which we didn't realize when we booked it. Overall, we had a wonderful time!
