Sfeervolle kamer

Sfeervolle kamer, mooie materialen zoals beddengoed en gordijnen. Er zit weliswaar geen ontbijt bij maar er zijn faciliteiten om zelf n eenvoudig ontbijt te maken. Ligging is precies tussen Arrowtown en t centrum van Queenstown

Misschien 1 stoel meer op de kamer zodat je niet op t bed hoeft te zitten. Wij hadden t geluk dat t droog was en we buiten konden ontbijten, daar staat een klein zitje, als dat niet had gekund, zou je op bed moeten ontbijten

No self cook facilities and a little out of town so less convenient

Cozy quaint

Cozy little spot just outside of Queenstown. It was quiet and quaint. It was very lovely. They had a little welcome sign outide with my name, it was so cute

Beautiful studio and lovely people the owners

The host was waiting us. The property is beautiful and Rob and Kylie left us a few nice welcome gestures. Really warm and comfortable place juar 15 minutes away from Queenstown. The neighborhood is quiet ans beautiful . From the Studio you can start a walking trail to Lake Hayes which is amazing with good weather. I will come back for sure

Lovely clean warm suite, great quiet location, close to river, cycle trails, shops. Great shower, and lovely personal touches. Would stay again.

The bed/mattress is sagging on the edges, it probably needs replacing in the near future, but everything else was great!

Very satisfying with everything.

We provided our own breakfast which was just cereal and fruit, for the beginning of the day, we ate out for every other meal.

No complaints, it was what we expected.

Very good

Good bed and WiFi. Room looks new / recently refurbished. Tranquil as no other guests. Nice garden outlook and view of rocky hilltop. Owner said hello but as a rule they leave guests in peace. Self check in. Nice little patio. Good bathroom and shower towel warmer.

TV well off to side giving neck ache watching from bed. Having to drag suitcases over pebbles. Very small fridge. Location well out of central Queenstown which may bother some (not us).

just about everything was great thanks

some background noise but we appreciate that you have a young family so no big deal. I prefer non-sprung tempura type mattresses for an even more comfortable sleep

Nice property, just some improvemnts to be made on access and description.

The room/bed was lovely and the bathroom was generous and very clean. The arrival was a bit weird, it was not completely obvious where the apartment was, with a track around the side of the house and through the slightly overgrown garden.

I was surprised to find that this self-contained room was a part of the house, (accessible through a sliding door at the back of the garden) and with locked doors which would allow access to the main house. I feel that this aspect of the room should be displayed by booking.com when I was making the reservation.

Quiet place, close to a good pub.

It was nice and quiet, we slept well. Very clean with nice amenities.

It was just too small for us. We had 2 large suitcases and 2 small and had no where to put them. We were travelling for 5 weeks so a little awkward for us.

Clean and contemporary with beautiful garden view

Beautiful modern room. Very clean and comfortable. It has a lovely private patio where one can sit and relax overlooking the lush garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Quiet, private little unit good for a night away not far from Queenstown. There is a bus stop not far away. Enter from the left side of the house.

I would not stay without a car. The bed was not that comfortable but then I am spoiled by my bed at home.
