Top floor condo (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) with beautiful water views. Caribbean styling just minutes from Disney in one of the area's most desirable condo resorts. Tastefully decorated, fully furnished and a completely stocked kitchen. Onsite restaurant, walking trails, tennis courts, four community pools, hot tubs, Tiki bars, and a beach on Lake Davenport.
Whether you're with the kids or enjoying your own private get away with family or friends. It's all here. My wife and I live here in the winter and love it.
The master bedroom en-suite bathroom contains a bath, while the second bathroom is shared with the other 2 bedrooms. The washing machine and dryer make laundry an effortless task.
The apartment is fully and automatically air-conditioned. The kitchen has all the modern equipment you would expect. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and TV in master bedroom. The condo also has secured wireless internet access.

We've stayed at Bahama Bay Resort in multiple different condos over the years. This one is conveniently located between clubhouse pool and the beach pool. Our check-in was simply walk up with code to condo and obtain a parking pass from front desk (which took 2 mins) later.The penthouse condos in this resort are of very good size, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with separate laundry room vs closet. The washing machine needs new springs or outright replacement, it would "dance" itself around the room out of balance with even 4 light pieces of clothing. This condo has all necessary amenities for eating, drinking, showering, etc etc. Our only complaint here would be more hand towels/kitchen towel. Towels provided were of good condition. Beds were comfortable, however, the master bedroom bed was very noisy, the headboard was really loose from the frame. Luckily, we were exhausted every night and passed out enough not to be a problem. The TV was odd, three remotes but only the Roku one worked, but then you couldn't shut TV off or control volume (oddly, these buttons didn't even exist on the Roku remote), and if the TV was turned off using buttons on the TV itself, it had this odd "buzzing" noise that forced us just to unplug it. Again, we pretty much exhausted from parks, etc, so we really wouldn't have watched it that much anyway. The living room TV, though turned on only once, worked as it should, but the queen bedroom TV did not.

This place was perfect. Everything needed was here. From the little private beach to the lovely pools even the area to fish minus the nice size 7 foot gator
