Nestled in West Beach, this lovely condo for $110 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beachview - unit #220 Address: 200 E Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 Our comfortable studio condo provides you with 286 sq ft of relaxation. Beachview is located in Gulf Shores across the street from the main public beach. Beachview is conveniently located across from “The Hangout.” This condo comfortably accommodates 3 guests. It has a comfortable queen bed and a twin-size pullout from the loveseat. Our condo is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a small group of friends. The condo is equipped with key-less entry and the code will be provided at the time of booking. The parking pass is located inside the unit. Please place in a visible spot on the dash or mirror of the vehicle and MAKE SURE to return the pass back to the unit before checking out or additional charges will be made. Free WiFi internet access is provided to our guests. There is a coin laundry located on the second floor for your convenience. Vending machines are located on the ground floor. No pets are allowed at Beachview Condominiums. Beachview Condominiums are located within walking distance to many great restaurants and other fun activities. Check-in is at 4pm. Please do not check in before 4pm without approval. Check-out is at 11am. Please make sure to check out on time. Noncompliance with these rules may result in additional charges. Smoking: absolutely NO smoking in the unit. Failure to comply will result in additional charges.

Super location. If the Hangout and the beach are your destination this place is perfect. Nothing fancy but has what you need to have a good beach vacation. You can park your car and walk to dozens of restaurants and shopping areas.

Very cute and comfortable place to stay! Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops! We parked the first day we got there and walked everywhere! Would definitely stay again! Host answered promptly with a question I had.

My husband and I went down for a couple of days to celebrate his bday. The room was very clean, the property owner is quick to respond, and the condo was very nice. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and to dinner every night!

Room smelt of mildew. Bed had sand in the sheets. Floor mats in bathroom were soaking wet when we arrived. The location however was perfect for walking to beach, restaurants and activities. Check in/out was easy. Felt safe day/night. More like a hotel than condo.

Entrance and hall way can be updated and cleaned! Under bed and small corners needed more attention. Everything else was perfect for the price. That was one of the most comfortable beds

Everything was as described. It was "ok" clean. One thing that kinda put a damper in our stay was the water shut off on our last day there as i was in the middle of a shower and it did not come back on. We had to leave so I did not get to finish my shower, unfortunately.

The overall stay was good. Location was perfect. Needed to be cleaned a little better. Fridge was dirty and the toaster oven still had food in it from previous guests. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice.

Great location. Within walking distance from beach, shops, restaurants. Just show up and leave when your times is up. Supper ready no hassle.

Overall the property was kind of dirty. But the room was a good deal. Exactly what I was looking for. But the cleanliness was not even a little what I would expect. Checked in only to find that the bed had been made up with BLOODY sheets. The owner was contacted and he had them come to change the sheets. Great. But the bathroom was dirty(specifically the shower). The toaster over was dirty. Fridge hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests. Dirty clothes from previous guests in the drawer. I would consider staying again if maybe they changed cleaning companies. Because this really was a great little space.

Came to watch the NCAA beach volleyball championships. Was very convenient and easy walk to many restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately we got lost while looking for the condo, the host wouldn't answer the phone but eventually got back to me through messages, We finally found the correct space and upon entering the room, we noticed a few things that hadn't been cleaned at all. The toaster oven was nasty, one of the utensils had some kinda food stuck on it and the shower had someone's hair on the walls. The TV wouldn't show anything other than 1 channel. I did message the host with these complaints, but received no answer. The property was in an amazing location and smelt nice and the bed was very fluffy however those are the only things I can positively comment on.

Property was exactly as pictured. Check in was so easy and property manager responded immediately to my inquiry (even at 445 AM!). Price was fair and everything I needed was provided. Only “surprise” was that the live music from The Hangout doesn’t end until midnight every night. It was very loud, but I got used to it. The parking was very convenient - in the assigned lot across the street. I was too scared to park under the complex - it was too tight of a squeeze between cars. Overall good experience.

This place had dog hair, leftover alcohol and good, urine all over the toilet, and smelled like cigarettes. Called the property manager and he told ME to call the cleaning lady. Immediately packed my things and booked a different place last minute. By a stroke of pure luck. DO NOT STAY HERE! Called VRBO to get a refund and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. Absolutely atrocious condo, horrible service from “cleaning” lady, and property manager could not have cared any less!

I thoroughly enjoyed the location and the room for the price paid. The place could have had better detail cleaning but was good overall. Upon arrival I followed a pickup into the lot. I was looking down at GPS and when i looked up I saw a red sign warning of no parking without permit. I ran upstairs, got permit and placed on mirror. I then grabbed my bags and went up to unpack. When I came back out 45 minutes later to go to the grocery my pick up was gone. There is another sign saying no trucks but I did not see it (again, looking down at gps and ahead at tow away sign for permits). The tow was obscenely expensive. This put a negative swing on my weekend. Apparently I needed to be in another lot. This parking limitation would have been nice info to have prior to arrival. I did not see the sign (it is there).

Everything was great. The location was perfect. I recommend The Hangout and theirs a Rental place half a block up for E bikes paddle boats and slingshot's. The room was great aswell clean and stocked with all your needs. Their is an ELEVATOR & a laundry room. Also the beach is a block up. Definitely recommended for future stays.

Close walking distance to beach and hangout. Could use a deep clean in floors and baseboards but it’s a place I will for sure keep on my quick hit list. The bathroom was nice. Loved the river rock floor.

My husband and I wanted a nice relaxing weekend away and that’s exactly what we got! Loved being able to open the window at night and hear the band at The Hangout playing. We walked everywhere we went. Didn’t touch the car all weekend. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much again. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. Now……back to reality!

Unit was exactly as pictured and described. Easy check in, quick walk to beach and lots of dining in walking distance. AC was cold, blackout curtain blocked all the light. Unit smelled like smoke and could have been a little cleaner. Shower curtain was moldy.

My boyfriend & I booked this condominium for 4 nights and thought it was great. It’s close to everything, within walking distance of the beach, and the bed was more comfortable than what everyone has said. The only thinking lacking was the level of cleanliness. Sand was all over the floor & in the shower. The appliances could use a good cleaning, and the room was taken over by the smell of cigarette smoke. I did contact the owner and he said he would reimburse for the odor eliminating spray that we had purchased. Overall we would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for an efficient stay in Gulf Shores without breaking the bank this is a perfect option. Clean quiet has a functional kitchen and bathroom. The bed isn't great but who cares the beach is across the street and so is everything else. I will book this one again.

The bed was like a bowl. Large dip in mattress where u stayed in a hole. Everytime u walked into the room it smelled the smoke very strongly.

Perfect location. Directly across the street is the public beach, within 3 blocks there are several restaurants and bars, souvenir shops and the Dollar General. This property was big enough for me and my husband and that's it. The bed is a full size and there is a small fold out couch but as an adult, i wouldn't want to sleep on it. The kitchen has a small fridge, blender toaster toaster oven and microwave. Think of this as a motel room.
