About this house rental
Situated in Hilton Head Island, this charming house for $648 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This home is a sunny, family-friendly 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom relaxation spot. It is located on the quieter, north end of Hilton Head just off of Port Royal. The home features a large porch overlooking the common area containing a pool and two gas grills. Guests enter into a great room with TV, sofas, a large dinning area, and kitchen with granite countertops and radiant heat cooktop. A powder room is conveniently located just past the kitchen. A washer and dryer are also in a separate laundry room with space to dry beach towels. All bedrooms are master suites with private baths. The main floor suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, separate tub, walk-in closet, and double sink vanity area. The upstairs bedrooms feature one with a king bed and shower/tub combo, one with two queen beds and shower/tub, and one with two bunk beds (twin over full) and a double shower. A loft area at the top of the stairs features a double sleeper sofa and TV. The Lyons complex is small and only contains 12 townhomes clustered around the pool area. Directly out the beach access gate with a short 4 to 6 minute walk is a town-managed beach park with beach house, playground for the kids, a well-maintained beach access, and a guarded beach area during the summer months. Had a great time in Hilton Head. The townhome was spacious enough for the 11 of us and the beach was easily accessible via a short 5 minute walk. It was nice having the pool so close on those days we didn’t feel like going to the beach. Great location to restaurants as well. We would rent here again!

This was perfect for a wonderful week with family! The house is roomy with a great floor plan for adults and kids. The house is equipped with plenty of utensils and cookware, along with other needed items. The host responds to questions very quickly and is most helpful. The beach is beautiful and truly just a short walk from the house. The pool area is also just steps away and very clean and nice. The stay at Lyons 12 was a fun experience for all of us!

The location in Port Royal is ideal for families who want easy access to the beach and pool time. Islanders Beach Park, which is a great park, is a less than 5 minute walk and the pool is literally steps away. The floor plan provides lots of room for a large group. We experienced a few problems, but the owner was very responsive and we were able to schedule a handyman around our schedule.

This spot was perfect for our stay. The location was very convenient and family friendly. It was nice to have a pool that belonged just to the Lyons complex. The pool was very quiet and kept very clean. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The house is exactly as represented. The pool is visable from the back deck, and the beach is a 3-4 minute walk away. The owners were helpful and easy to work with. Great for our dog too.

This property offered everything we were looking for…a great location near the beach and central to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities at the complex were well kept. Our host was very responsive to replacing a broken television. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our winter getaway.

We had stayed at this townhome a few years ago and loved it so we came back this year! And as usual, it did not disappoint!
The unit was very clean upon arrival. Each room has its own bathroom attached making it convenient for many adults. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans. This unit has a short walk to the beach and pool.
We had some confusion initially trying to get into the unit, but the owners were quick to help and extremely nice!
Overall, great townhome with a great location! We will definitely be back!

A total of 10 of us stayed in this wonderful condo. It was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. The 4 kids, ages 4-10 loved the big bedroom and loft area.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc.
The walk 6-7 minute walk to the beach was easy for the kids to manage.
Overall we had a great week!
The garage area was spacious.

This makes our second year at The Lyons. We love the area. The host was very easy to work with and the condo was very clean. Steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach. We had a great trip!

Beautiful Home!
We enjoyed our stay at Lyons 12 and would stay again in the future! The house is very spacious and well decorated. with plenty of storage. The Keyless entry was fantastic for our big group. Pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. The short walk to the beach and meter parking were very convenient. We love the Beautiful Foley Field area of HHI!! My only suggestion would be to offer guests a few more towels ( I think the maid forgot to put towels in the twin bedroom) , also the frying pans and dinner plates are worn out and should be replaced!

Board games, toys and books made it feel like a visit to a real house rather than just a rental place. Wonderful Property
Our family vacations on Hilton Head often. We love the Lyons properties and have stayed in several of them. They are just a short walk to the beach and also have a pool. Our most recent stay was in Lyons 12. The property was very clean when we arrived and easily accommodated our family of 12. We will certainly consider it again on our next visit to the island.

The property is exactly as represented, large and everything you need during your stay. We loved the very short walk to the dog friendly beach, friendly neighbors, and perfect location on the island. Ken the owner reached out to us a couple times to see if we needed anything, and separately was very responsive to a few of our settling in questions. 5-stars for us!!

Our family enjoyed at pleasant family vacation. Unit was the perfect size to accommodate our family of 12. Everything was well stocked owner literally thought of everything. Grandkids loved the playground right in front of the house and the pool within steps. Beach access was easy to get to and beach wagons were very useful. The only complaint we had were a few cleaning issues but the property manager was quick to respond and try to correct the issue. All in all it was a great vacation spot.

High praise for Ken, the owner. He was timely, responsive and helpful. The location and the layout of the townhouse are excellent. Short walk to the beach and the house accommodations were just right for our family, 6 adults and 6 children. The pool was great and never crowded. However, I have to be honest and say that the cleanliness was a big issue. The cleaning crew was not thorough and what they did do was subpar by a long shot. Ken was helpful in trying to resolve it but there is only so much you can do from long distance. Finally, the townhouse itself is in desperate need of updates to furniture, beds, cabinets, outside steps, handrails, fixtures, paint, and bathrooms.

The home fits our family of 8 perfectly. Bunk beds were great for the grandkids. Plenty of space and love the pool for the kids. Also loved the access to the beach.
