About this villa rental
Located in Virgin Islands (U.S.), this attractive villa for $549 per night is a great choice for your next break. Absolute Paradise Villa is the very front villa located in Pineapple Village! It's comprised of three separate bedrooms and a main unit containing a living room, a full kitchen and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own full bath and exterior entrance and courtyard. Our Villa is located in Pineapple Villages Villas and is the closest one to both Smith Bay and Margaritaville Resort. It is an approximate one minute walk to the beach, as well as the public Margaritaville facilities. The villa itself is 1800 square feet and can be rented in three configurations depending on the size of your party. You may rent the entire villa 3 bedrooms, rent the main unit and the two connected bedrooms, or you may rent the bedroom that only connects through the courtyard. The villa is extremely private, even though it is essentially in the middle of a major resort. Because of our location, there is gated entry as you must enter through the Margaritaville security gate. In addition, our units have gated courtyards filled with tropical plants. The entire villa has been remodeled in 2019, including all new appliances, flooring, new split air conditioner units, luxury mattresses, bathroom vanities, bedding, cookware etc. There is a smart TV in each bedroom and the great room. Wifi is set up with a Google Mesh router to provide more consistent service. Each bedroom has a microwave, mini-refrigerator and coffee maker. The main courtyard is approximately 800 square feet and has a bar that opens to the kitchen, a space for outdoor dining/entertainment, and is the primary gathering space. There is also a laundry room located adjacent to the courtyard that has a new front-load washer and dryer available for use to anyone that rents the entire villa or the main unit. The villa provides spacious accommodations and the proximity of Margaritaville is a nice amenity. However, the real attraction is the islands themselves. FIrst, ALL beaches on the island are public by law. The villa is located in Smith Bay, which offers restaurants/bars, in addition to swimming with dolphins. Coki beach is on our peninsula, just a five minute walk from our villa and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. You can enjoy snorkeling over a reef reliably full of colorful fish due to the location of Coral World park and their habit of feeding them twice a day. You can also scuba dive off Coki beach as there is a seventy foot shelf. They allow you to become PADI certified and also arrange dive trips around the islands. For those of you not that adventurous, there are numerous local beach bars providing food and island drinks. Accommodations are as follows: 1- King Bedroom 1- King Bedroom, with a full size Murphy bed 2- Fulls Bedroom 2-Twins Built-in Bunk system in Great Room 4 Full Baths 1 Full Kitchen 3 Kitchenettes in each Bedroom Laundry: Front-load washer & dryer 4 courtyards

Family of 6 adults one infant loved staying in the condo. We had all three rooms and enjoyed the luxury of space. We used the grill one night to grill chicken and salmon! Loved the close proximity to Corki beach. We loved walking to Sun and sea restaurant, and seeing the Tarpons in the water. A wonderful 6 day stay.

The place was amazing. even better than i expected. was cool to have margaritaville rigjt there for their coffee shop and restaurant. Had a few questions during my stay and my texts were answered within minutes, which made things very easy. highly recommend to anybody looking to stay in there are.

This property was super clean and set up perfectly for a group of 12. Plenty of room inside and Out. The outside courtyard was a hit for the teenagers and perfect for grilling. The full kitchen and many bathrooms definitely came in handy. Karen the owner is super attentive and easily accessible. She sends you an information packet with suggestions and explains everything from the time your plane lands till you take off.

Karen's place was awesome for our two families vacationing in July on St. Thomas - we needed a place close to an anchorage to serve as a base for sailing day trips and for time relaxing ashore. The size, amenities, and value all exceeded our expectations! Parking was easy and close for our rental minivan. The nearby Margaritaville resort restaurant and shops are also decent, although we preferred the smaller local restaurant and bar on the south side of the bay. Would highly recommend even if you have to go around via the road to get there due to beach access being difficult with the seaweed. That was the only real negative; like others have mentioned the sargassum is a broader problem. During our stay it seemed to be affecting the beach closest to the condo more than others we visited. We could land the dingy no problem but did not want to swim and noticed the odor couple times in the immediate vicinity, never inside the condo. World-famous Coki Beach was a great alternative and we walked there several times. It is about 10 mins on foot, when we visited there was minimal seaweed, crystal clear water, and some of the best sand and snorkeling ever. Simply be aware the beach closest to the condo can have a lot of seaweed to the point where we went elsewhere. Finally, Karen was an outstanding host and provided a lot of great info. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Karen!

This place was so amazing for a big group. It’s almost impossible to find a place that has multiple bathrooms and space for a large party. Most listings that claim they have space for multiple people don’t and certain guest end up getting blow up/floor/pull out etc. Not here! So many full size beds/rooms/ bathrooms

We have stayed at the nearby Margaritaville on several occasions prior to this. We decided that we wanted a more shared space for us and friends visiting so we rented this villa in Pineapple Village. Great location near the beach and facilities. We had a great time. Beds were comfortable, the place worked for us and we had a great time,

Spacious, comfy but did not find it clean upon arrival and I had to clean when I got there. Steps to the water? Not the water in front of Margaritasville.. definitely not going in that water, however a short walk to Corki. You will need to get dropped off if you have small children. At this beach you are constantly harassed by the locals who are trying to sell everything from brackets to weed but it is very pretty we had a nice time there. The pool was very nice but Margaritaville was not all it was hyped up to be. Food was subpar and carful … tip is included. Back to the villa … we had the main house and a separate villa which had a beautiful bedroom and a kitchenette. It was perfect for my daughter and her spouse … they had there own space. My two grandkids stayed in the main house with my husband and I. The kitchen had all we needed to cook the TV area and dining area was nice with plenty of room. The villa is laid out nicely there was plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids and two more would have fit in the bunks off the kitchen. Patio areas were just ok … white patio cushions had black mold in them … overall with some fine tuning this place would have been a lot better but I get it the owners are off site so they have to count on their cleaning people to be honest and do a great job.
As far at ST Thomas goes I will not be back. Long flight for just beach … and the food that is available is low quality for high price . Terrible! We even went to a grocery store and decided to cook our own only to find low quality food. And if you are not adventurous you will DEFINITELY will not like driving around there. On the wrong side off the road and steep curvy crazy roads lol. To me and my husband it was nerve wracking. I personally did not drive the entire trip.
We went to St. John a few days which was basically the same just different beach spots. But it had a nice mall area.
The host was very nice and helpful.
Best advise … don’t come here for the food! Come just for the beach. My daughter and her husband enjoyed this trip .. they are more adventurous than I am. 😂

Villa is older than properties we’ve visited before but furnishings are updated and comfortable and the villa is very clean. AC worked great. It is a very large villa with more than enough room for our group of 7. Pool was nice and villa is located inside the Margaritaville resort with easy access to their bars and restaurants. Short walk/drive to Coki beach which is one of our favorites. Host is easy to contact and very helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

We love, love, loved our stay at the Pineapple Villas! It’s conveniently located within Margaritaville, so we often found ourselves wondering to their bar and pool in the evenings. The villa was nice and clean, and plenty of room for our party of 12. The only thing I would fix would be the outside door to the main courtyard. It’s hard to shut and lock. You have to pull up on the door while locking, so it probably just needs readjusting. We did have a few crabs break into the main courtyard, and the kids thought that was awesome, but it gave some of us a little fright! Our showers were mostly always cold with little water pressure, but we assumed that’s just the way it is with the water system. Karen was a great host and was very responsive when I thought I didn’t receive our checkin instructions. Note to self, always check your spam folder! We dined at the Shoreline bar and grill our first night. Decent food, but great atmosphere! All in all, this was a great stay and we can’t wait to return! We’ll be back!

My family had a great time at the villa and Karen was an awesome, responsive host. The villa had a nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and lots of patio / beach amenities. The villa community also had a pool that my kids loved. Also, its location next to Margaritaville and very close to Coral World couldn’t have been better. The only challenge to be aware of for USVI visitors is the extra seaweed (has odor) impacting some beaches nearby - it’s a broader area concern.

Perfect villas for a weeks stay!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa!! Beds were especially comfortable & plenty of space for our group of 8 to hang out together, while still providing separate areas for privacy. Loved being so close to Margaritaville's pool & bar. Taxi service was so efficient all over the island. Would definitely recommend this comfortable, relaxing island villa!

We had such a great time staying at this property. The host communicated consistently with updates on travel and even provided a curated list of places to visit while staying in the USVI. The owner was sweet as could be and helped us with any questions we had. We were 3 couples and two small children, and the accommodations were perfect. The villa overall was very nice. We had some issues with the blender being moldy when we got there and a bird being trapped inside but Karen quickly remediated our issues. She also sent a whole PDF of local recommendations which was very helpful. I would recommend this villa to others and would stay here again!

St. Thomas Disappointing
Karen the owner was extremely helpful. The unit was very spacious but needed updating. The bathrooms were extremely undesirable as were probably original from the 70’s. The units location located right outside the sewage pump station and the smell was unimaginable which left you not sitting in the courtyard. The courtyard. ... very cute but needs a definite good scrubbing.
I’m most disappointed in St. Thomas as a whole.
Bay beach stinky and I swim able. Coki beach????? Omg. Dirty, trash everywhere. The locals peddling drugs EVERYWHERE is nothing like I’ve seen. I had 2 18yo girls in our group and I NEVER felt safe sending them anywhere. Local men just hanging around. Cackling and whistling. Awful.
As nice as Karen was it was disappointing and St. Thomas is definitely not a keeper. St. John...BEAUTIFUL!!! It’s like night and day.

Coki Beach was a beautiful swim spot really close by as the bay near condo had lots of seaweed and we werent comfortable swimming in it, beach is gorgeous though.... the pool for condos and the Margaritaville pool were great and we didnt even miss not swimming in cove by condo as we relaxed by the pools each night and took in the fun atmosphere... could not have felt safer or more relaxed at our stay.
