Really nice host, great mattress, own parking place, perfect position in capital city. We have stayed downstairs.

It was fresh and nice style. All the dishes and kitchen utilities were modern and new.
The stove was broken. There was a construction site in front of our balcony. All the swimming pools that were on the pictures were closed.

- We had a room at ground floor, literally at the reception (our door was next to the reception), the walls aren’t sound proof, so we could hear all sounds from reception/people entering the building as well on the other floors, even after midnight as well as the room next to us.
When there was breakfast time or staff preparing the breakfast (like plates or cutlery getting moved/placed) in the morning, you can clearly hear all moving sounds, but maybe if you stay on the upper floor, maybe less surroundings sounds/noises.
It feels and looks like a guest house, like a big appartment complex build in seperate rooms with a bathroom.
And when there are family with kids, there’s a playground in the garden, so for light sleepers not really recommended
