Who has a car i suggest this hotel as it has a private parking and especially when you have a rental car that you want to be careful and to not let it park on the street and from my research this hotel was the only one providing a private parking inside their property with cameras.
The staff was always ready to help and attending to our requests and especially the menager/owner was always smiling and kind!
They allowed us to use the property individual fridge and all the things is the kitchen and also from 3 nights that we originally had booked, we extended with one more night as our flight was late in midnight but the owner was so friendly that she told me that we could sit in the lounge as long as we wanted and leave our bags there and that's really helpful!
Every corner of the property and especially inside and the rooms were very clean.
And the main and unique thing was the free massage chair that you could use anytime and it was really very good and helpful after a long day around tbilisi!
I highly recommend it and thanks for the hospitality ☺️
Suggestions:
A fridge is a must in every room, even a small one is mandatory as you want to have a cold water during the night especially during the summer, as the hotel provides waters but is better to have it cold.
Location needs to be updated as the current one isn't the right one, but you can put the hotel 21 tbilisi as Location and just in the back is the entrance of the property and a video direction to be send to the guest WhatsApp number so the check-in can be as easy and smooth.
Also we recommend to give a key or place a lock box for after midnight for the front door/ entrance of the hotel so the staff to not be there and be disturbed every time a guest walks inside as the check-in is also until 23.00, this is what i do as a Superhost myself, a lock box and every time a guest wants to open the entrance door takes and place the key back there for the other's.

Все прошло супер! Приехали в 10 утра, но сразу дали комнату. Отель очень хороший, завтрак был неплохой, персонал отзывчивый. Метро в 300 метрах, рядом небольшой базар и продуктовые магазины. Также рядом собор Святой Троицы, который был виден со всех точек Тбилиси. Спасибо большое менеджеру Кристине за заботу. Рекомендую всем!
