We had a wonderful 5 night stay, the staff at the reception, Ana, Luka, George, Luka were all wonderfully welcoming and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and had a great view. Check in and check out was very smooth and quick.
We would have preferred if the hotel had a cafe with options for lunch and dinner as there were no nearby cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is very cosy and clean, i stayed there for 4 nights and was planning to go to another place but i changed my mind and stayed at the hotel. The view of the room was breathtaking. George, the receptionist was super helpful, I wanted to change my room, so he gave me another one with better view with the same price as a goodwill gesture. This will be my destination whenever I come to Tbilisi.
