Big locker in room. Bed with curtain is nice but not very clean. Owner - the lady is nice and friendly. Kitchen is free to use anytime. Shower room is big enough.
Quite far from city center. You need to take bus/van downhillb or walk for around 45min to centro.
Bed is a bit dirty - full of dust and hair. Dorm room is not so big.

A wonderful place to live and relax. Clean and comfortable. The location is superb – all amenities are nearby: markets, pharmacies, etc. The center is just steps away, and the cascade offers a wonderful view of the city. Thank you!

The owners went out of their way to help me! Great location near Ararat Viewpoint, Mother Armenia Monument and the Cascades. Good grocery store nearby. Excellent value.

The owners (they run the property) are very nice amiable and friendly. Very helpful. If you want a cheap stay for a night or two this is a very good option
