Location near top of Cascades walkable in few minutes, shops with everything necessary arround, very low price

The room was practical and good value for money
The water was very warm
My room had TV and a boiler
The room could've been cleaner
There was rennovations going on all the time, but on the bright side the place looks very nice now
There was always a smell coming from the bathroon

Great location. Great personnel. Great value.
We arrived very late at night (4 a.m.) and we were still able to check-in.
Ashot was very welcoming and we really enjoyed his company during our breakfasts. We only had breakfasts at accommodation but eggs and sausages were well prepared/served and very delicious, including loads of vegetables.
He happens to speak Czech which was helpful in our case.
There was only one blanket which is quite small to be shared by 2 people. However we had asked for extra one and immediately got it.
On our last day we were also offered to leave are luggage at the place in case we wanted to explore more.
Bed at our room was not in the best shape as it was not perfectly even as it was sagging a bit in the middle. It would deserve improvement. That's the only point why I don't rate 9.

Good location with many shops and restaurants and a park. Nice beds. Helpful host.
Dusty on the floor. It is not soundproof. No air-conditioning. Glass doors meaning light coming in from hall and bathroom.
