Location was PERFECT! Apartment had amazing views of Airlie Beach! Apartment was very spacious, so much room!
Parking was extremely difficult, often no room in our block and had to go way up the street to one of the other blocks of apartments (which also meant many flights of steps!) or park on the public road. Apartment was advertised as having a washing machine & dryer but we couldn't find it and when rang the hosts and told them, they informed is there was no washing machine/dryer IN the apartment but a Laundry service was available in the complex, which turned out to be a single machine that you had to pay for. Kitchen was barely sufficient, a small toaster-oven and only a bar fridge.

Location and view
Dated apartment, in need of a refresh or update. Confusing information for check in because it is in the whitsunday terraces resort, but independent of the resort. Because of the different name, we were confused if we were in the right place. Instructions should have mentioned Whitsunday terraces.

The property was in a excellent location to the Main Street. The view from the property location was amazing
The property is separate from the onsite management company and due to this they will not help with any questions.

Location & view
Only access was 34 stairs. Property was run down. No laundry facilities in apartment. Stove top & oven did not work effectively so self catering was not possible. Only a Small bar fridge & the freezer did not work. Quality of towels & bathroom supplies was not adequate for a week. No on site manager or assistance when required.
