Apartamentos bonito, bem decorado. Com estacionamento privado e espaçoso
Nao conseguimos entrar no prédio com as instruções passadas, anfitriões não respondem as solicitações. Um morador solicito, nos ajudou. Cafeteira elétrica não funciona, forno elétrico sujo, talheres e utensílios da cozinha, mal lavados . Não tem elevador, tem 25 degraus para subir com malas grandes, isto foi ruim para nós .

The apartment is nice, modern and spacious. It is very quiet and has a balcony facing an inner courtyard in the apartment complex. The location is very good if you have a car and are exploring the region, you have good parking. It is close from the lake. It is not in the center of Annecy but it is easy to get there with a car/bus/walking.
We sent a few messages to the host asking about the check-in time but we never received a response. We only received automated messages, so I suggest you improve communication with guests. I also suggeset they put hangers for clothing (there are wardrobes but only 1 hanger in the entire apartment) and paper towel in the kitchen.

Son emplacement calme et proche du lac. Le parking gratuit à disposition. Appartement moderne et fonctionnel.
La climatiseur mis à disposition très utile actuellement.
Le système d’arrivée qui ne fonctionne pas, impossible d’avoir accès à l’appartement et encore moins de joindre le propriétaire. Nous avons attendu 45min. devant l’immeuble en pleine canicule et avec nos courses. Nous avons finalement trouvé une personne qui a bien voulu nous ouvrir la porte de l’immeuble. C’est inadmissible et nous avons même cru à une arnaque.
La propriétaire a finalement répondu 2h plus tard 😤. De plus nous avons précisé le nombre de couchage pour deux personnes séparément (mon fils et moi) et un seul couchage était fait!
Le manque de vaisselle, un seul verre à eau, une seule tasse à thé … c’est vraiment limite de devoir se partager un verre quand-même non ?
Le canapé lit du salon bancale que nous avons du caler avec des cartons pour sa stabilité.
Je pense que les propriétaires pourraient faire un état des lieux et rectifier 2-3 choses.
