The room was very generous in space and very clean. I had the feeling of being more at home that in an hotel. Everything was set up as you expect when you are travelling; table with enough chairs, good bed and clean toilet. The parking space underground, covered and the spot is big enough to recover big cars. The self check-in process was smooth.
I stay at first floor and privacy is not perfect as there are other buildings just in front. The TV set is quite small. There is no breakfast possibilities right now but that was expected. There is a Bistro attached to the facility that will open in few days; not sure if that will offer breakfast.

A very comfortable and tidy apartment.
The self-check-in kiosk at the apartment entrance is very difficult to use. I had to call the staff 3 times to solve the issue and get the key card working.

Very smooth experience.
No questions and in the end a generally decent experience for people who need a place to lay their head.
Pretty pungent odor right as I walked in the room. (Mould, i think) Shower head needs cleaning.
Floor still had foootprints from previous guests. Found a piece of garbage from previous guests.
