We booked the apartment 24 hours before our arrival and planned to check in at 8pm. Despite this, the apartment was not ready, and we had to wait for over an hour — after a 7‑hour drive from Italy with children and elderly parents. What made the situation worse was that the owner did not apologise or acknowledge the inconvenience; only the staff tried to help.
When we finally entered the apartment, we found it was not properly cleaned. There were spider webs with insects throughout the rooms, and the toilet was not hygienic. The apartment itself was spacious, but the overall condition and the lack of professionalism made the stay disappointing.
