Location is very good in a new walking access community surrounded by shops and restaurants maybe 100m away. Hotel is new and modern. Linens and bathroom were nice. Balcony view was limited but there was a balcony with chairs and modern shutters on the windows. No staff present but they did respond quickly on WhatsApp.
This no staff, all digital tech set up was promising but just fell short. WiFi and passwords in English didn't match. You have to have the App on your phone before you get there as cell data is weak and it won't load after. The dishwasher looked new but was broken. No Bidet in the bath. The twin beds lacked some kind of latch to keep them together or separate them so you fell in the space between if you got close to the center and both beds separated by 15-20cm. This hotel has permanent residents..enough said. The elevator reeked of beer that someone had spilled and covered the floor.
If I had booked directly this could have been ok process wise but it made for a double set of work to book with Booking and then fill out all the hotels questions and tax payment. The parking directions sounded like a sales pitch, instead of listing free local parking or having a discount to the parking that's basically attached to the hotel.

Clean, cosy, calm. Close to supermarkets,
stores, restaurants and the station. Hosts are polite and respond within minutes.
The only thing that was concerning is you can unlock via your phone and internet. So if you check-in late keep your battery and keep in mind local mobile operators’ taxes.

Good functional apartment hotel 30 minutes away from Lucern center. The stuff was not visible but quick to help. We found everything needed to do small cooking, relaxing. It has great potential.
* Construction work going in front of the hotel. It makes finding the main entrance confusing.
* The lift is too small.
* Hochdorf is basically a village, even groceries closed by 7:30. You will also not get any Lucerne guest card, so pay everytime when you travel to the city.

Quiet and clean neighborhood, middle in the small town
Parking is not easy and the Navi guides you to the wrong street
Lift was long occupied by the cleaning lady
